    • @ShaneSpeal
      @ShaneSpeal  5 лет назад +2

      Learning how to accompanying somebody simply takes time. Go to an open mic once a week and sit in with folks. Fumble until you figure it out. I developed the skill of jamming with others after running an open mic over the course of 3 years.

    How do you get that almost resonator guitar sound on most of you're guitars. Sounds awesome! Not sure if it's the tuning the, string gauges configuration, or the bolt nut!

      @@johanneswerner1140 Whats best for that banjo like resonator sound? I was thinking spring or plate

    • @johanneswerner1140
      @johanneswerner1140 3 года назад

      Ha, if I knew! I mostly built wooden instruments (medieval-ish fiddles).
      Springs will get you sort of a reverb, plate will likely get you the metallic banjo like sound. (from my understanding and lots of RUclips bingeing, and some reading). My first three string guitar like instrument is a tin can banjo. It's still in the basement, not yet stringed.
