Great stuff, Mike, thank you for this video. I'm picking up my first cigar box guitar this week. I met a gentleman at our local county fair a couple of weeks ago, and he had several types of guitars there that he had made. I really liked the three-string slide guitar just because of the sound you were showing here.
I dig your slide playin brother. I’m still just a kid learning but getting better at it all the time. I’m really a veteran drummer but picked these up a few years back and now build them too. I just started a new RUclips channel dedicated to it with my own twist but am always inspired by your style of playin!! Keep on keepin on Mr. Snowden!! 🎸👍

I wish I could have filmed this...I have a dog named Archie and he is blind. He was next to me chewing on a bone while I was on your channel. Hi Mike, your videos are really great and I like your approach to CBG's. My take on them is a CBG is sort of the Bad Boy Rebel of the guitar world that just plain rocks hard with that down-and-dirty attitude that people love.
Wow! New strings + slide? Just add muting! Real good advice for good tone of your CBG.
