    Hey Mike, question, who makes your certificate stamps? Everyone recommends those shipping labels but they don’t really last. The postage stamp style on paper lasts forever it seems. Any help is much appreciated. Thx Graysaw

    What tips do you have to keep the action lower when building?

    • @trackie1957
      @trackie1957 Год назад +4

      The basic straight stick neck with bolts for the bridge and nut will give you a low action, but there will be almost no bend or “break” at the nut or bridge (Mike’s points 4&5), and there strings will be very close to the top, meaning that you will be hitting it with your pick when you play it.
      It’s better to install the neck at a slight angle, about 1 to 2 degrees. That will raise the strings away from the top and let you use a bridge that is tall enough to get a good bend in the strings.
