Hi, I’ve seen the series of this box model. Very useful since I just got mine, but at the moment of plug-in the box just don’t show any signs of been on. There’s no light, no sound :/ do you think mine might me broken or something? It’s my first electric vehicle, also the first installation like this so I practically know nothing, do you have any suggestion on what might have gone wrong :/ ? Hope you’re doing great! ✌️ Thanks!
I have to returned this charger back to Costco because they were made in Mexico with shorter cable and came with black finished handle ! Very disappointed
