    Can i mount it into cement in my garage?

    First: You need a GFCI by code unless you hardwire it.
    Second: You should never install it so close to the tracks of the door, cable will get damaged by doors.

      Yeah I'm terrified that the cable is going to snag on that door as its opening.

    Can you lock it to the wall, so that it can't be stolen?

    can I install this on Drywall thats on my garage wall?

      I would not recommend installing a home charger on drywall. Wood or concrete backings are best.
