Grocery List:
2 28oz cans San Marzano tomatoes
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 large carrot
1 bay leaf
1 sprig of fresh basil
1 tsp dried oregano
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups chicken stock
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Grabbing cheese on sale is a great way to try new ones. I like using brie and cheddar in grilled cheese toasties.

Tomato soup and a grilled cheese is an S tier meal. I like provolone, and people think it's weird but a little mayo in the grilled cheese is super good.
