"I still ate my fucked up one" is my whole experience with cooking as a I'm trying to do it more lol. Great Recipe John! Still trying to nail that Detroit pizza one you posted.
Whew this might be the deadliest Pour Choices recipe yet! Lots of great little tips that we had zero idea about, the mustard powder and nutmeg. Also great to see one with a prep/cook time that can be done after coming home from work!
Is that a Shun I see? Good tips on the knife work. Ifeel like more people need to know this kind of stuff. Love the videos, Dr. Holland.... keep 'em coming.
Dude this is gonna be a hit for sure. Any recommendations for a garlic press. I bought a cheap one to make the Taco Bell quesadilla recipe and it clogs up and is a pain to clean. Also what is that big flat knife called? Appreciate the videos thanks for getting me away bagged shredded cheese.
I love the cajun flair! Have you ever used sodium citrate to make cheese sauces? It's an interesting method and ingredient to have on hand, especially when making cheese sauces for mac n cheese, nachos, dipping, etc.
PO CHOICES THIS RECIPE IS SOOOO GOOD OUT OF THIS WORLD 🌍 AND BACK THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE AND MAY GOD BLESS 🙏 YOU AND YOUR FAMILY FOR THIS RECIPE 🙏 HOPE YOU GET 2 MILLION VIEWS KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU DO SO WELL 💯❤️🩹 RESPECT FROM CHI-TOWN
Tried this out and it turned out good. However, because of the salt in all the ingredients its a lil salty. I probably could have NOT salted the pasta water and still been cool. Maybe the salt will fade after a day in the fridge...🤞
Just got a gravity fed smoker. I'm new to the smoking game. Going to go revisit some of your OG episodes, because I remember you doing a lot of rooftop BBQ and smoking then. Thanks! Oh, good to see the dry mustard, hot sauce, and fresh nutmeg in the cheese sauce. Always elevates a Mac
In North Carolina and I have Andouille and tasso in my fridge rn. Thx for dinner 🙏🏾
Your intros always have me cracking up lol

DAYUM John that looks scrum-diddeley-umptious!!
I've made this dish many times and I love it.
I made it for a family gathering and they loved it!
Thank you!
I just listened to Return of the Mack yesterday. Time to make mac and cheese.

Great recipe as always. But the thumbs up was for the intro alone.😅
I was just talking to a friend about how the Cheetos Cajun mac and cheese was kinda disappointing, this sounds soooooo much better
The next time you make Mac & not invite me over I will be pressing charges
Ooo weeeee
Would this work without the sausage?
@@Danielleb723 absolutely! I’d probably up the butter (fat that the sausage would have for flavor) and the Cajun seasoning (also inside the sausage).
