I’m reminding myself how good bread toasted in a pan with mayonnaise is (as though it were butter) as I see the mayo go into the mac
John I tried it! Added mustard powder to my normal max and cheese recipe and it popped! Working up the nerve to add mayo 😂

the bland ones don't have mayo or sour cream in their recipe I bet!
Any changes for frying with an air fryer vs the fryer used in this video?
Should be about the same! Id just keep an eye on it since air fryer times can vary. Maybe check it after 3 mins and then if not golden brown, go another 3?
