- In this video, we get a first look inside the brand new Flamingo Lodge, a 24-room hotel with a restaurant attached. This hotel replaces the old Flamingo Lodge that was destroyed by two hurricanes in 2005.

Oh wow! I can’t believe you did a video on this! I was so sad when the first one was destroyed & have been excited about this one opening since I follow the national park on social media. As a native of Miami Beach now living in NYC for the last 16 years, I really hope I get to stay there someday soon!
Looks like a quiet place
Wow such a great vlog of this new hotel! We have been to Flamingo at least 3 times but never stayed there. I remember buying ice cream in the Marina store the last time we went and sitting outside eating it looking at the water. We are going to have to come stay at that hotel! Looks like a nice place for a 2-3 night stay. And YES you need to go stay there and vlog the hotel and restaurant!
Great video review! Excellent tips to follow for visiting. Thanks, Joel!
Looking more like Miami
Check yourself, the sea level isn't rising. Flamingo will always be impacted by storm surge!
Great video, thanks!
Those were Moths on the wall. Some moths can be quite exotic looking. Or scary to others
Never been to the everglades, might check this out in the near future!
Leave it wild...give seniors 50% discount... hurricane will take care of more development
Great info! Loved this! Can you show the Eco Tents and House Boat Rentals at Flamingo? I know you can rent RV spaces too there.
