    Tying the rings together using the same anchor point is exactly what I needed. Thanks for the tip man, I had trouble with the rings sliding and widening on the bar when performing Rear flyes & also Y-raises on the rings today. I should have thought about this !

      The intermediates. It’s just rows and dips in there right now

    i do not understand which height the rings are in front of me before grabbing them. shoulder's height? chest?

      It can vary. I like them below chest height.
