Hi Melanie!! This is a quick go to dinner when I have “nothing” to eat at the house. I’ve never tried it with garlic. I usually add sliced tomato, sliced yellow onion, green onions, dill and of course fish sauce. Try it!
Hi Mitch Rapp you are absolutely on point there with the tomato and onion and green onion. This is pretty basic scrambled egg. I love to add saute onion, green onion and sometimes tomato if I have any in the fridge. But also keep the garlic. I just love garlic. Not sure about the dill part. I've tried dill before and it took some getting used to. I do grow some dills for the butterflies and will pinch some to add to my food. I sometimes do tomato, mushroom, onion saute, add green onion and eggs. :D so hearthy.
I love garlic so adding a bunch of garlic is the least I do most of the time. I also like to fry it with mushrooms and sometimes tomatoes, and onion like my grandma used to do.
I had to seach "asian omelette recipes" because i was so sick of these American recipes that only use salt and pepper for seasoning. Thank you for this recipe.

Ah, it's the fish sauce that I was missing! My girlfriend forces me to cook eggs this way and she always said something was missing. The tutorial i watched never mentioned it
After watching this and seeing how much fish sauce you added to eight eggs, I realize that I added way too much fish sauce for my two eggs. No wonder I did not like it.
Lol. I’m thinking she was going to do something different than what I usually do to my scrambled eggs but nope……she didn’t lol. Different ingredients maybe but it was still regular old scrambled eggs

I normally like to cook mine with garlic, peppers, mushroom, and dark soy sauce, but this is the best way to prepare eggs.

I have similar recipe, but mixed with sweet dried shrimps and garnished with cilantro. Great video. Just discovered you. I’ll watch more.
Yum. Sometimes I'd add extras if anything available in the fridge like tomato or mushrooms green onions white onions etc.
