One thing to note about Sujimancer is that the description of all the skills are hilarious. The sleep skill is described as the Suji delivering a ‘boring treatise on Sujimon rights.’
I wanna chnage Kasuga's jobs so bad, but it's too hard to pick. And last game I just kept him a Hero the whole game. I love the Hero job and it's so fitting for Kasuga. There's just SO many amazing jobs to choose from
Keep his hero’s skills and change his class to whatever. Sujimancer is the most versatile and powerful if your roster is all legendary sujis
Aquanaut is a really broken Job once you get 100 Bond with all the boys. You get an AOE Electric attack and Essence of Dolphin Dive can be brutal doing it over and over again, since it lowers Ice Resistance. Unless it can't be grappled or already has Ice resistance...they are going to go down fast.
He's fantastic as a Samurai as well. Though, TheMed is correct about Sujimancer. It's utterly broken if you're willing to put in the time.
@@factandsuspicionpodcast2727 Burn Arrow was another skill I used all the way into the 90s. Solid Circle AOE damage, granted its got two resistances but it can hit two weaknesses.
Idk about sujimancee , the fact he cant have a weapon means he can't have engrave ( band ) on weapon which is quite crucial@@factandsuspicionpodcast2727

The last enemies are level 40+ kawami lv 60 in raids. I finished with 3 of those on kasuga story.
Yeah there's legendary Sujimon that get close to 999 once you max them out. Farming them is really hard because they're all level 60 but drop a legendary gacha ticket for their specific type if you win. They very rarely drop from Japanese Master Tickets too
It's hard for me to tell if this class will be op in the late game. The lack of weapon makes me think no but the sujimon having stats means maybe it will be. Either way since it has an aoe revive that alone is likely good enough even if thr damage fell off
@@purplatypus7405 yeah I'm not sure. Stat wise it is and you can work around enemy weaknesses but it's hard telling if it stays that way.
@@sathic609 Honestly, Sujimancer is basically the strongest magic/support job for Ichiban. Combo it with the hero jobs to basically create the ultimate support Ichiban.
Also important thing to note, none of the Sujimancer's skills can be transfered to other classes, including the sujimancer's essences so for late game, if you are building a support ichiban, Sujimancer is better. Hero is better for a more physical offensive style

@@mikeehrmantraut1899 IMO, you use hero for the essences, not the skills. Since all the skills are inheritable this time around, we have to look at the essences since you can only have 1 essence to inherit.

I held off this role mainly as I find it difficult to take Kasuga off Hero.
I tried it very briefly, found it really underwhelming and figured I’d come back to it end game when I had really OP sujimon.
Sounds like it doesn’t scale well anyway so I may try this on my next play through.
for most of my playthrough ive found it one of the strongest jobs but in the late game when you have unique armor and weapons I think it can fall off from one of the best to just really good

999 is max. I maxed out every suji element with sujimancer job class.

Not post game though. I tried it after getting the Legendary Kiwami Sujimon. I put on Sujimancer at Rank 31 as a level 66 Ichiban, the damage is pretty pathetic, especially compared to the Hero class.
@@shadowtoad95 it's incredibly weakness oriented. You have to use the ones applicable, I adjusted to sujimancer as soon as able for my 75 ng+ and have been walking the story through the Dany Trejo first CS so far.

Well after grinding sujimon I can 100% tell you It is definitely not the most OP job. If anything it's actually way worse than the hero class. The damage you deal with the 20 MP attacks do less than you can do by just simply auto attacking with the bat the sujimon Sensei gives you after completing the mini game.
And yes I have the sujimancer maxed out with all level 50 kiwami sujumon. 999 each. For example the fire attack will deal like 230 damage or something. Honestly the class is kind of a joke. It might actually be the only class that I think is truly just bad. All the other classes in the game seem pretty good.
The only time this class feels good compared to other caster classes is when you have the legendary sujimon at lvl 50 and the class itself near level 40 or 50. You really need the benefits from the magic attributes from the class.
it does not scale late game at all, it sucks in the dungeon cuz u do no damage and need a lot of mp, even at level 45 its just a pain in the ass. Heroes late game bats are fucking wild tho, im farming for egesta bat. Also all of chitoses jobs seem to suck ass except kuniochi (however you spell it). Im still in chapter 6 tho so ill have to see how the others scale and play out too
@@DreamOnDamu running chitose with max agility as a kunoichi allows her to use substitution jutsu constantly so it doesn't matter the speed of any other character. Also the best way to farm the poop is find the poop vender then force him to spawn.

@@cbake52how do you force him to spawn? His location seems to change in that general area every time I try to find him again. I wish there was better information about this mechanic, as it seems entirely inconsistent and hard to replicate.
Hey quick question
Since sujimancer skills performance scalling based on your Sujimon, If we inherit those skills into Hero class for example, will it have same/similar performance scalling? Or it will be utterly bad because in other class we cant equip the Sujimon?

i dont think sujimancer is all that great tbh, you cant even use the dlc sujimon you get and for some reason most of the sujimon in my party that arent dlc cant even be used for some reason except suji bear but he heals :(. IMO the karate job whayever its called is pretty good since one skill you can get will double your physical damage for your next turn and if you get the freelancer job to level 20 or 22 you can get a skill that can potentially instantly kill someone if they are grab-able (it seems like a pretty high chance since it instant kills almost everytime) You can also stack the drunken brawler skill with the double damage skill and stack your drunk stack until its almost max and deal shit tons of damage too
Why you can't equip the special hero sujimon from the dlc into kasuga Sujimancer class 🤔 Mr purpla?. The only sujimon that you can use in this job are from the random recruit and gacha summon 😬.
