I combined chef and samurai since chef gives a high chance cheap bleed skill. Plus the grapple blind move is great to.
Kiryu i am building his base job alongside chef and samurai skills to. Essence of knife is just awesome with samurai skills.
I dont know, from my experience these rarely bleed and if its just a damage class, action star does a lot more, samurai's best spell is the fire arrow for sure, does more dmg than regular arrow and has fire on it, it's a cool class but most of the spells rarely bleed

I wished ive put Samurai on Kiryu early cause stats are good for him cause early Kiryu without awekening stances is not that good till it is awekened , if i didn't hadd linebacker class for adachi i woulda put it on Adachi maybe instead , but overall i think it's the best damage class behind Dragon of Dojima ( full awekened ) , but Desperado is good as well cause it can crit often i believe.
Even when he awakens, I have Kept Kiryu in Samurai. The reason is simple. While the stances give Kiryu flexibility, his low MP makes it so hard to use skills with him. The only things you don't keep from the awakenings is the stance specific abilities. Kiryu keeps all the ailment and element resistances he gains from the awakening system.
Combo Samurai with a job like Chef/bleed weapons and you can have Samurai do a lot of damage while you focus on setting up, Relentless Dragon's dance combo with a bleeding enemy and shadow dance will equal a lot of damage when done right.
Also if you are going to use Samurai for Kiryu, it's best to heavily invest agility boosters on him so he can be faster than your substitution character. If you play star rail and know the character Bronya, you can do that in this game with any character that is hard dedicated to Samurai

Should find a class with a weapon that inflicts bleed and just use the Samurai abilities with it.

I think that is reasonable if you have a good enough weapon for that. the cabbie has one and I quite like that job.

Go to alo happy and unlock it. It's one of the events like the one you get automatically. I think it unlocks that in chapter 5. There's a bunch of them.
Chapter 5 you will unlock most of the jobs at Alo ha place.

Try sending your food back at a restursnt if they get your order wrong if that's to rough I'd start with role-playing out situations before you get to them to help you be more comfortable in the situation when the time comes. Good luck!
