I enjoyed getting a peek at a French grocery store! I live in Canada and we have many similarities with France and Europe especially in Quebec. It always surprises me how Canada is much more like Europe than the US. We have so many European influences that Americans don’t have.
Considering this is France, I'm surprised that 90% of the chips aren't cheese flavoured. I expected to see Brie chips, Camembert chips, Epoisse chips, etc. Funnily enough, here in Australia one company has a "camembert and fig" flavour chips - it's a limited edition. I don't think it'll take off.
For the part with eggs and milk, eggs are fresh and do not need to be put in the fridge before you buy it. For the milk, it's "pasteurisé" by a french invention and a french way to do.
