Sorry but the whole rdna 3 and Ada Lovelace aka rtx 40 series I whole rip off there is no true good performance for the price but there is only good price like I mentioned before the 7800 xt is the only reasonable price. for that kind of offer ok is performance that's only for that except that the whole rest is utterly garbage graphics card and don't say to me "there is no such thing as a bad gpu only bad priced gpu" because of course there is the 4060 and the 4060 ti should represent "60" class card is so terrible that every card from from the last gen to the current gen smokes it without even struggling lol oh let's not forget the 7600 lol but I don't even remember him also he gets smoked by the 2 generations like the last gen and current gen even the 2080 ti from the rtx 20 series which have no way to compete with them is smokes them both lol. that's how embarrassing this rtx 40 series gpu especially for a gpu market leader 💀

Bro, I seriously get the more fps with 3090 at 8k, around 45-55 fps, despite 20-30% slower @ 4k. I guess higher bus width and bandwidth helped my 3090.
Kryzzp, you could have set resolution scaling to a higher value even at 1080p, it helps a lot even on 1080p displays because it's better than MSAA! Although the benchmarks at higher res is essentially the same thing, lol. Merry Christmas!

Hey everyone. Im having an issue where i get low fps in gta online. i have a 4080, 5800x and ddr4 3600 32gb. When i play on ultra everything at 1440p i opy get like 70-80 fps. if i turn down some settings i can sometimes reach 100. but this fps still way lower than what i should be able to get. my gpu usage is like 40% and cpu usage is like 30-50%. only 8/16 threads are being ultilised and even then, none of them are being maxed out. how do i get better fps? v sync is off. the advanced graphics settings only make a 1-2fps difference in online. in story mode i get way higher fps like 150+ but in online its mostly at 80 ish with not even ultra settings

I remember a comment about this game saying speedrunners were locking FPS to 120 for this game, so i think this is a safe limit to avoid stuttering and it's still pretty silk smooth.
Yes that is the recommended level to lock the game at. At 120 it's perfectly smooth doesn't skip a beat, but at 144 you get to the point where it starts having those annoying stutters.

Hey man This is a very interesting and educational test 🔥 with the game GTA 5 Can you please do the same test in the same screen resolution modes, on an RTX 4090 video card 🔥 Particularly informative is the 8K resolution and ultra settings with additional graphics settings in GTA 5 🔥
Set grass quality to "High" instead of Ultra. That will remove all the weird bottlenecks this game has and your minimum framerates will skyrocket. That setting makes your GPU usage drop heavily in some areas.

I think the 8k results has to do with the bus width. 3080ti has a 384 bit bus while the 4080 has a 256.

4080 it's limited because of its bus. It's a Ferrari that's has their speed limited. All to make the 4090 look even more attractive.
