@@mohdpaijam9630 usually after the 1st week the yawning and restlessness will start creeping away. By 2 weeks, you should be back to mostly normal. At that point, it’s more of a psychological issue but that’s for any drug tbh. If you’ve stopped, keep going. It’ll get better I promise. Time moves slow but it catches up fast.

Any advice with the tapering when you aren’t sure how much you take? I went from powder to concentrate and chewables and didn’t really keep track of how much I’ve been taking and now that I’m in a hole financially I’m like oh my, I need to stop. I wake up sweating looking for my drink with concentrate or chewable 😢 ordered the book and watched all the videos already am doing less but feeling flu like symptoms. Took half a chew this morning and am drinking water which is helping from taking more. But not sure what my baseline would be, I was guessing to note what I can handle doing today where I’m not great but not feeling like death while working. Any advice would be amazing. Thanks, and seriously your videos have been so inspiring and informative I can’t wait for the book. I turn 40 Friday and have been using a year and a half and want to live again and not just coast anymore. It’s lovely to see all the strong people going through it and seeing it to the other side ❤ I want to join you all

You have all the makings of someone who is definitely going to be successful. Seems like you genuinely want to stop and have put a ton of effort and thought into it. Kudos to you for your strength, seriously! But it makes me really happy to know my videos have been inspiring and it means a lot that you ordered my book. I hope it helps and I'm excited to hear what you think! In terms of advice: concentrates and chewables are super hard to regulate when it comes to tapering, and I feel for you wanting to reach for it and struggling through the first part of your withdrawals. If it were me, and I didn't have any powder on hand, I would go entirely by feel: based off of the fact that you wake up sweating, you are HEALING and doing so great. The more you feel exactly that way, the more your body is adapting to less kratom. Again, if it were me: try and make it as far as you can into the day without taking anything at all, suffer through work to the best of your ability, and then take it only at night so that you can sleep. It won't be easy, but it'll make it a lot faster and you'll really pat yourself on the back in a weeks time.
