Whenever you do the math on Manafort's sentence, the answer will always be not enough.
Nah 10 years would be enough hes almost there at 7.5
lol and he's already about 70 they might be treating it as life since at 80 I doubt he can run fast enough to get away from everyone he's screwed, Someone their decided to be a smart ass to: 7.5 months...and one day. That's like: ok sooo you get out of school now at 2:05 in time to watch power rangers right? (ok smart ass!).then again at damn 70 already...
Funny how they let everyone off EXCEPT Manafort..... And what is the name of that Oligarch who has the scoop on Manafort? Conveniently left out of ALL INDICTMENTS..... Same Oligarch who Mueller got $25 Million from in 2009...... And what about Baker going to prosecute Hillary but was pressured out of it by corrupt DOJ..... Would be funny, but the joke is on YOU! I suggest you go peruse the Bruce Ohr and Lisa Page testimony... NO COLLUSION, except FUSION GPS and DOJ and DNC.... You people are CLUELESS. You will call me a Trump supporter because I believe in TRUTH! Dumbasses...
What about Schiff meeting FUSION GPS.... You people have a problem with FACTS.... What about the FELONY it is to share classified info with a foreign agent (STEELE)???? What about the MULTIPLE FELONIES of leaking??? You people are NUCKING FUTS!

Um Michael Cohen is going to Federal Prison for 3 years, beginning in May, 2019; George Papadopoulos already served his short sentence; Attorney Vander Swan also has already served his short sentence; Michael Flynn is awaiting sentencing after the judge in his case queried the prosecution about the possibility of TREASON charges; Maria Butena is also awaiting sentencing & so on, so kinda cloudy on what you mean by everyone else getting off?
And to clear up the oddness of your statement of "...sharing classified info with a foreign agent {sic} STEELE,
He is the one who shared info with us! But you are correct that it is felonious behaviour so who was it that shared Israeli intel with the Russian Delegation IN THE OVAL OFFICE? The damned janitor???

Treason will get you 7 years but growing or selling weed can get you life. The justice system is so broken it’s not even funny.

Manafort deserves to die in prison the fact he only got 7.5 years combined is a travesty.
NY is going after him now, so hopefully a bit more once he gets out of the 7.5 years.
He worked for a dictator in Ukraine.
He could be shanked or put in solitary and kill himself and I most certainly wouldn't give a damn.
Thank you NY state.
The NY charges will make it more likely that Spanky will leave Manafuck hanging on the pardons.

"he served two countries"
And neither of those were called the United States of America.
As a real disabled person, it disgusts me that they let him get away with pretending like he can’t stand and walk.
Serve life you russian Benedict Arnold.
Actually he has a disability, probably not being well cared for in prison (he probably had the best care for it earlier, which most regular people can't afford), which would potentially make it extremely difficult to walk, but not impossible to stand. Arthritis (and gout is an arthritis) can put someone in a position where they can't walk far, or at all, but still can stand. I was helping someone do a stand and pivot transfer back into their chair at the very moment I heard that joke streaming from my phone. This person can't take more than a few steps, but absolutely can stand up, and it's all from a very real, extremely painful, disability.
All that said, Manafort is a traitorous scumbag and might indeed be faking it. Gout ranges from the simply annoying to the seriously impairing, and he might well be exaggerating something that only annoys him.

The political satire was great yeah, but don't you think the jokes about the 737 Max 8 were inappropriate? 346 people lost their lives, 157 of them barely 3 days ago. Those families haven't even had time to grieve yet and jokes are already being made!
Devilkyn no one is joking about the victims, they’re joking about how terrible the situation is. The comedy kind of helps people cope with the fact that it’s a serious issue we’re facing.
Agree with both of you. Jokes can help people cope with tragedy but it is a little too soon. At least make a comment in respect for the lives lost and the families dealing with those losses. There are approximately four out of ten adults in Canada, or 9 million people, who are considered to have low literacy and this group is twice as likely as other Canadians to be unemployed. Of the Canadians with low literacy, only 15 percent have significant problems dealing with any type of printed material, although 27 percent have only simple reading skills. Currently there are more people with low literacy in Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Quebec and Nunavut than the national average. The majority of youth in Canada age 16 to 25 achieve the minimum levels of literacy required in a modern society. However from 18 percent to 38 percent of young people do not achieve the minimum levels, depending on the region.

Yup. In the air at the moment...
@@the_bottomfragger cheers, missed that
@@grmpEqweer 6000 airplanes are in the air right now. An estimate of 26% of all airplanes in operation are Boeing 737s. You're right, I must correct my statement, it's more than a thousand.

I don't want to defend Manafort, and I'm not saying he needs or doesn't need the wheelchair. But there are lots of people who use wheelchairs who can stand and walk short distances. It's not just paralyzed people who need them. To assume Manafort standing of his own power means he doesn't actually need it does a disservice to the many honest people who use them every day.
Exactly. Some days I can walk a few miles. Other days I need a walker to get to the bathroom. Disabilities aren't black and white. That being said, its it's a joke, and a pretty funny one at that.
and to make a remark like that shows how stupid you are
Gout. He's supposedly in the chair because of (still acute and lingering nearly 9 months later) gout. Often called a disease of excess.
I have an autoimmune disease, I'm close to having to use a wheelchair as I can't walk far or stand for a few minutes, so I have to say that it's not unusual in my experience. I'm in my early 50's and trauma/stress in particular can bring on a flare up. The joke was funny, I'm trying not to be touchy about the subject. He does however need to be given more prison time. Ordinary Joe bloggs would get harsher sentencing, there is a reason why Lady Justice wears a blindfold. It's clearly one rule for rich people and another for everyone else!
Classic Strangers with Candy bit! That calculator bit is great.
Wait! I was feeling the Broadway number!
trumP 'felt' something?? liar, liar pants on 🔥🔥🔥
@Mats K Well noted. 😃🤣😂
Always fear a Canadian who politely asks you to stop being rude/annoying us, then says thanks after hearing you be even worse...
You better chase them down & apologize to them, you never want to hear the dreaded enraged thanks ever!
Fear of flying "NO" a concern what falls out of the sky, a strong "YES!"
This has got to be my favourite Monologue ever and I specially like it when, Stephen Colbert f**k up because it’s so funny and I also like it when he starts singing in his monologues too.
