- A detailed van tour showing all aspect of this luxury conversion on a lwb MAN tge. This van had a few features that we have never tried before, including a stunning side facing curved bench seat with stunning leather upholstery. A slide away step ladder to make easy access to the fixed bed. A host of other luxury fitting and lithium / victron electical system to take this van off grid for as long as you like.
The colour scheme was very unique and the design brief was that the look and feel should be like a classic yatch, with perhaps a touch of 'gentlemans club'. I dont think its to everyones taste, but personally I love it and think the colour scheme looks fantastic. Being honest, I was thinking of using this floor myself, but being so dark, it does show marks a bit too easily....that said, I still love it.😍.
Cracking van 👌
Thank you.
Wow! What an incredible conversion. Looks absolutely perfect, love the pull out bed ladder and the way the extendable kitchen top pulls out. Great size bed too! Only one criticism, I think you need a mirror above the sink in the bathroom 👍
Thank you.
Absolutely lovely van conversion.
Is there any particular make of vinyl you would recommend for covering the wall and ceiling panels. Many thanks.
The only thing I would say is to use a decent quality vinyl, and one that isn't too stiff. But we have used various brands.
@@voyageadventurevans Many thanks for your reply
Amazing build! how long is the lounge bench? could it be used as a 3rd bed do you think? Also what is the wall/ceiling material... seems to match well with factory
Thank you. The roof lining and side panels are upholstered and trimmed in a light grey vinyl. It does keep it in the same shade / colour pallet as the factory trim which I think is the best way to go to keep it subtle. The bench is probably to short to use as a bed, even with the base of the front seat.
