- Watching TLC's Sister Wives, it occurred to me that Kody isn't just running Christine down because she left him. Kody is tearing Christine down in an attempt to build up Robyn and himself. Kody wants to take Christine's popularity and start his own show. Everyone in the family sees the commentary and reports praising Christine and demanding that she get her own show (with Jannelle). Kody is on the verge of watching everything he has coveted over the last 12 years go to someone else and he cannot handle it.

If he keeps going Tom Thumb will be taller. Kody's ego is so fragile he can't handle the fact that Christine no longer cares about him coming over,him being a husband,and being intimate with her. She doesn't need him and she's realized it. Christine is a beautiful woman and over time this has continued to be the recurring theme. Christine doesn't need Kody and Kody has made himself look like a pathetic,ego driven jerk. Imagine telling the world that you don't find a woman attractive to the point that she wanted you in her bed but then decided she didn't and isn't sad about it. lol. Imagine being such a terrible human that this woman decides that you're not worth a crap and she doesn't want you anymore and kicks you out of her bed when you're probably told by your wife that you're such hot crap that every woman should want you. That's why Kody has to keep insisting that Christine is going to another man. C'mon! I mean if she had another man lined up why would she want the guy who looks like the Geico caveman's dad?
And at this point he's about as shrunken as a man can be without disappearing completely. Shame on him.

Robyn was jealous of Christine from the beginning. Christine was the ultimate wife. She was the best cook, she raised a dozen kids basically by herself and they all adore her. She shopped, took care of the family pantry and threw fabulous parties. Robyn could never measure up!!!
Remember at the VERY BEGINNING, when Robyn put pepper on Kody’s eggs, his response to Robyn was “ Go talk to Christine. She knows how I like them.” I’ll bet Robyn started hating Christine right then!

But Kody thought she was the most beautiful wife and states what they have is like no other- passion wise. She had Christine's daughter as her little slave and still holds that relationship even while Mykelti was giving birth. I think she believes she is the fairest wife of all. I bet she is secretly afraid some of the older female kids are starting to outshine her- and they are! When you're full of ego, rather than love- it always catches up with you!
Oh yes, I see it. I remember when Robyn made kodys breakfast and it was all wrong. Kody told Robyn to have Christine show her how he likes his eggs. I remember seeing all the food in the pantry. And yes Christine was the party planner.
She wanted to make sure she knocked her out the box. Now that she's out you're crying she ruined everything!! 1 down 2 more to go and now you have him all to yourself!

He just needed the other 3 to fund his 1 wife and family.

I can't wait to watch snobyn and kody lose it all. While Christine and Janelle get their own show, kody and snobyn will lose sw show bc there's no more sw. Sisterwives was started to break the stigma and stereotypes around polygamy. Where Kody done messed up is financially, emotionally, sexually abusing the wives and neglecting and abandoning his wives and children. Basically Kody destroyed the brand and what TLC and production had invisioned thereby reinforced what the public believed polygamous cults do to women and children. If there is a reason this show will be canceled I would bet on that.

Robyn has never been liked by fans of the show. She has been known as Sob-yn for years and years. The fans haven't liked her since she played games with her wedding dress, clear back in season 1. Christine has always been well liked and popular. Many fans consider Christine the glue that held the family together. Fans started watching again because we were happy that Christine left. She has been emotionally abused for years and years. Several seasons ago Kody talked about how he wasn't attracted to Christine when he married her. That story broke my heart for Christine. I quit watching at that point because I realized these women were in an abusive situation. The reason the show was dying is because Christine and Janelle were popular, and we were tired of watching them being treated as less than Robyn. There is no way that Kody can recast Christine as the villain. The kids took her side for a reason. She is the heart of the family, and she will take all of the fans of Sister Wives with her. We want to see these women thrive. Robyn can always divorce Kody and take half his assets, so I don't feel sorry for her.
I quit watching for the same reason as you. I've only watched the past few episodes after finding out what was going on on UTube.
If Robyn really wanted the sis wife experience, she should have called on the wives and asked what should I appropriately wear. How should we celebrate. I want to stay in our belief and standards. That would be a great way of opening the relationship. Kody shouldn’t have been any part of it. Meri and Kody already told her how it is with the wives and the relationships they had with each. True or not. For Robyn to be surprised is bull💩 that dress, the reception, and the honeymoon should not have happened. It was cold,calculated and cruel. Narcs do not care! They belong together . I really get angry when I hear people say Christine just threw Kody out! That’s just not true if you go back to last season when Kody had come over to hang a door at Christine’s house and they went upstairs to Christine’s bedroom and Christine was sitting on the bed and Kody was sitting in a chair and Christine told Kody she was getting frustrated because he never wanted to have sex with her , Kody told her then that he wasn’t attracted to her ! It was then that Christine told Kody she could live in a loveless sexless marriage ! She then started packing Kodys things and putting them in the garage ! Si it was Kody that made Christine decide she couldn’t live like she was living anymore and she had to get out and away with what life she had left ! God bless her and Jenelle they both deserve better! And Mary is pathetic living In A loveless relationship for the last 10 yrs !
Kody thought that he could insult Christine and put her feelings aside, and she was suppose to accept that and stay in her place. I am so happy that Christine made her mind up to leave this @$$ wipe of a man and leave that forsaken place.

I think most of us thought (and probably wanted her answer to be “a hell no!” Or vague and leaving the door open like, “maybe after I’m settled we can try (knowing it would never happen, but trying not to hurt Robin). Instead she was strong but not mean and shouldered it on herself by saying “I just need space”. I actually felt proud of her at that moment, because she showed she’s truly done with their games.

You can definitely tell that Robyn is not aging well. In my opinion, its because she is always playing depressed and sad to the point of making her face in a permanent frown/scowl. Unfortunately if they bring in new younger wives, she is not going to fair well.
I'm guessing she's having some health issues. She's gained weight and also looks puffy and inflamed. She had the thyroid neck issue also, but that seems to be better.

It is amazing to me how Kody always blames anyone and everyone else for the consequences that occur due to his own behavior. It always amazes me how Robyn constantly enables his disgusting behavior and thinks she is the perpetual victim and is never contributing to the issues she and him together have caused in this family. Those two need to be with each other as just punishment for their mistreatment of all the other sister wives. I hope the show gets cancelled so both of them will have to get jobs to keep Kodys biggest fear of poverty happening to him. Maybe they can sell that big house and move into a small apartment, kick out Robyn’s three grown children so they can live in a small place that they can afford now that the money from the other three wives is gone and hopefully the money from the show will be gone. I just hope the master bedroom will at least be big enough so Kody can have a nightstand and a reading light and will still have enough space to squeeze past it to get into the bathroom at night without bumping his knee.

James you definitely have some strong points on this. I do believe that Kody and Robyn are trying to spin this to their favor but they are terrible liars. They also forget that there’s years of video footage of lives that we can rewind back to. Christine has always voiced her feelings about unhappy she was with Kody.

A narcissist will never see or admit to their own faults or behaviors that harm others. Kody will shift the blame and is directing all his anger at Christine because she exposed his behaviors that all the fans are talking about. His loveless marriage, his failures as a husband and called him out for abandoning his kids.

I love that you said Robin is jealous of Christine! I truly believe she was! Christine is smart, held her head up high, didn't take Kody's crap anymore, and has the support of her children and Janelle's children and Janelle! Another wonderful video James. I think anytime Cody opens his mouth damages Cody. He wouldn't know the truth if it slapped him upside his head. He wouldn't know how to be a true father to his kids even if he had a book entitled Fathers For Dummies. And he wouldn't know how to be a loving husband no matter who his wife is.

Kody sounds like an abusive guy I broke up with years ago. He told me that I would be begging him to come back soon because nobody else better would love me. Five years later he contacted me and was floored that even though I wasn't seeing anybody at that time, I still didn't want him. He tried contacting me on social media two years ago, on which I am using my married name, but I blocked him. I have no doubt he just wanted to put down my husband.
I’m right with you on the fact that Robyn won’t let Kody have other wives! It has been my opinion that she has just wanted Kody all to herself all along. She says she wants to be a sister wife but her actions says otherwise! Great video!

One part that got to me was Robyn claiming the other wives didn’t want time with Kody and she was getting him by default when Christine has been talking about wanting more time and attention from Kody for herself and her kids for years!!!! Hello Robyn your hoarding of Kody is the main problem! Christine believed in equal polygamy, not favoritism of one over all the others. And as a mother, her kids not getting quality attention and love was a last straw. Christine was never throwing Kody your way.
I have never seen such a self absorbed man in my life! Everything is about him and what has been done to him. What about how he treated 3out of 4 wives? Keep in mind too that Sobyn tried to be an actress in 1998-1999, she was on a CMT show and Just Shoot Me until she got pregnant (out of wedlock) with Dayton. She's been chasing fame her whole life, it's surprising she got any roles, she has cartoon witch features and I think her neck is so pronounced because she flairs it out and cries from her neck when she fake cries. I think there's only one way Sobyn will leave Kody. The show is going to have to go under, I would think, there's no sister wives anymore so it doesn't make sense to keep the show the way it is, I think that TLC will offer Christine, Jenelle and Meri their own show and Kody and Sobyn will try to have their own show. Kody and Sobyn are cocky enough that they may think they can keep the Kody & Robyn show but unless he starts courting more wives, the show will go under because everyone hates them. If they lose the show Sobyn may leave Kody to try to get on the other wive's show so she can keep up her lifestyle. Personally I hope Sobyn loses everything, has to move into a trailer she bad mouths so much even though she CAME from trailers, has to raise her kids without a nanny and has to get a job.

She has an IMBD and you can Google "Robyn Brown Just Shoot Me" and see pictures of her picture in the background. It's slightly blurry but you can see her long neck. It's surprising because unless she's modeling for Halloween witch costumes, she's definitely not model material.
