    I absolutely adore grandma and cried when she cried, but now im getting really annoyed she keeps calling bailey the baby! And instead of saying my granddaughter in a certain sentence, she said again, the baby, and for this particular sentence im on about , the baby was just not the right thing to say, . Very detached compared to Ira and the sisters IMO

      i guess its annoying for some but my grandma referred me and my sister as the banes (slang for babys) for years even in my teenage years she would say to people these are the banes. Its not always a deatached things some people just say things like that like my grandma was the most caring person to me yet never called me granddaughter or my name just bane lmao

      @@idkuandidwt I know that the Kubler Ross theory is an over-simplified analysis of a very complex emotional process. My point is that we can all sense when someone is grieving, regardless of how it manifests. After my father died, I could be laughing one minute and crying the next, but it was still obvious that I was grieving. It’s a huge red flag to me when there is a marked absence of grief in someone close to a victim of homicide.
