Totally get the ladder/boat issue. I snorkel in the Red Sea and have always wanted to become a certified scuba diver and the ladder issue due to my weight held me back. Now it's on the list to accomplish!

There was a time that an experience like the one you described... the lady saying how great it is that you did it all without having your stomach stapled...would have thrown you for a loop and ...now you took it stride. CHEERS TO THAT! I agree with GREENIE...don't buy to many clothes at once... you are seriously shrinking :)

Great NSV with the boating. Strength training is going to be so good for losing inches. That is awesome! You will work your way up as get stronger.

One piece of advice that my "trainer" friend gave me is to do three sets of ten. If you can easily do the first set of ten, go up in weight. If you can only do 9 at the higher weight, that's great. That means you are challenging your muscle by going to exhaustion. That's where the muscle breaks down and then overnight starts to rebuild and grows. I'm not an expert but it works for me. You're doing an amazing job! Keep up the good work!

This is not it for you, but I understand that feeling. I've never been smaller than a large and I can't imagine being smaller than a large. The struggle is real :)

loved your honesty..glad your not beating yourself up about the 1.2lbs..the scale will move Im sure...check out my latest video...its a tag I created. maybe reflecting on why you even decied to have WLS will help you beyond your "set point"

Stop buying too many clothes! They'll be hanging off you in a few weeks! You're getting smaller!
