Not All salts are made in the same way. Which salt is healthy to use on daily basis ? Their are huge differences between white table Salt and Himalayan Pink salt. Today I will share with you the main differences, benefits & possible side effects of using these salts. Salt is an essential part of our diet. However we must consume it in moderation. According to WHO the consumption of salt on daily basis should be somewhere between 3-6g (upto 1 tsp). The type of salt we eat or use can effect our health in number of ways. A good quality salt can promote our fitness & on contrary a highly processed salt with number of additives can damage our health.

Hi ma'am, what is Kosher salt? I live in UK and Iodised salt is not widely available in the UK. But being a vegetarian, should I include it in my diet. Currently I'm using Himayalan pink salt. Please reply

Ma'am please best saindha namak ke liye bhi ek video banaye please. Kyunki I used saindha namak from particular brand. Pahale koi problem nahi thi, lekin is time usme bohot sare invisible small Kankad type aaye hai, aur maine at a time 10 kg liya tha. Khana khate samay har nivale me Kankad aata hai.
