AMAZING. I have listened to almost all of your podcast episodes and this has been my favorite so far! This was beyond informative! Kiran's knowledge on the relationship between disease and gut health is incredible. He is brilliant! I am truly so grateful for conversations like this and how generous you and your guests are when It comes to sharing information on health and nutrition. I developed eczema over 2 years ago and have been on a mission to heal my skin and my gut. So thankful for this conversation!!

I have tried many probiotics to fix my gut. Megaspore is by far the most effective. Those little guys just know what to do somehow.

Great podcast. My gut is so dysfunctional and I have a lot of the symptoms he mentions. Diet change has helped but is not enough. Carnivore is too hard for me. Even low carb is challenging but I was forced to go low carb when i became intolerant to almost all carbs. Will try megaspore and zenbiome.

Judy, regarding your patients who can't handle bovine colostrum, you might look into 4-Life research and what they've worked out with their product Transfer Factor. I used to take it and sell it, but I no longer sell it, and I don't take it because it's pretty expensive, but it worked wonders for me when I was taking it, long before I found out I had CIRS. If I could afford it, I would still be taking it. 4-Life has a patented process to extract the NK cells and T cells from eggs. They originally used bovine colustrum, but when the research indicated what was causing the reversal of disease were the NK and T cells, they began extracting them from eggs and were getting similar results. Anyway, it's been many years since I read the research so I have no idea where it's gone since then, but I will say that I really love Transfer Factor and wish I could still be taking it.

I have histamine and I don’t tolerate probiotics, what did he suggest to take and is it in the description box? Also I would like to take the creatinine, is this okay if I have half my thyroid and taking thyroid meds.? And do you have a brand name of one to take?

Great info on this video. I now have diverticulosis as of Feb 7, 2024. I just got a colonoscopy and that is what they found. I have been on carnivore now for 5 months and I went on it because I had major gut issues. Being on carnivore has help calm down my gut issues. I also have been on keto for 5-7 years prior to that.
So I'm a bit scared about my diagnosis of diverticulosis. Do you know if carnivore will heal it?

Just started on these Megasporebiotics today and I have some others coming. So it's best not to take these at the same time as bifido/lacto blend probiotics? I'm hoping it gets things moving, whenever I try to mostly eat just beef and pastured eggs I get backed up badly even supporting digestion with HCl and TUDCA.

Karin is a great specialist in probiotocs but not in nutrition, I suppose. Will Bulsiewicz, Alan Desmond or Syrus Khambatta seem to have a better vision of the issue. I m lucky in having possibility to make a mixture of info. Hello from Kazakhstan.
