AMAZING. I have listened to almost all of your podcast episodes and this has been my favorite so far! This was beyond informative! Kiran's knowledge on the relationship between disease and gut health is incredible. He is brilliant! I am truly so grateful for conversations like this and how generous you and your guests are when It comes to sharing information on health and nutrition. I developed eczema over 2 years ago and have been on a mission to heal my skin and my gut. So thankful for this conversation!!
Great podcast. My gut is so dysfunctional and I have a lot of the symptoms he mentions. Diet change has helped but is not enough. Carnivore is too hard for me. Even low carb is challenging but I was forced to go low carb when i became intolerant to almost all carbs. Will try megaspore and zenbiome.
Just came across your channel and watched four of your videos - fascinating guests, lots of insights, and big kudos for having the interview with a nurse where you discussed medical freedom. Subscribed!
Judy, regarding your patients who can't handle bovine colostrum, you might look into 4-Life research and what they've worked out with their product Transfer Factor. I used to take it and sell it, but I no longer sell it, and I don't take it because it's pretty expensive, but it worked wonders for me when I was taking it, long before I found out I had CIRS. If I could afford it, I would still be taking it. 4-Life has a patented process to extract the NK cells and T cells from eggs. They originally used bovine colustrum, but when the research indicated what was causing the reversal of disease were the NK and T cells, they began extracting them from eggs and were getting similar results. Anyway, it's been many years since I read the research so I have no idea where it's gone since then, but I will say that I really love Transfer Factor and wish I could still be taking it.
Karin is a great specialist in probiotocs but not in nutrition, I suppose. Will Bulsiewicz, Alan Desmond or Syrus Khambatta seem to have a better vision of the issue. I m lucky in having possibility to make a mixture of info. Hello from Kazakhstan.
Great info on this video. I now have diverticulosis as of Feb 7, 2024. I just got a colonoscopy and that is what they found. I have been on carnivore now for 5 months and I went on it because I had major gut issues. Being on carnivore has help calm down my gut issues. I also have been on keto for 5-7 years prior to that. So I'm a bit scared about my diagnosis of diverticulosis. Do you know if carnivore will heal it?
This absolutely excellent! So I'm thinking perioral dermatitis, rosacea and acne is a gut issue. Which probiotics would you suggest for someone who struggles with a mix of those skin conditions along with diet? Thanks
I have histamine and I don’t tolerate probiotics, what did he suggest to take and is it in the description box? Also I would like to take the creatinine, is this okay if I have half my thyroid and taking thyroid meds.? And do you have a brand name of one to take?
Just started on these Megasporebiotics today and I have some others coming. So it's best not to take these at the same time as bifido/lacto blend probiotics? I'm hoping it gets things moving, whenever I try to mostly eat just beef and pastured eggs I get backed up badly even supporting digestion with HCl and TUDCA.
Check out Zsofia Clemens ideas if you're into healing leaky gut without supplements. She uses PEG400 test for gut permeability (not widely available BTW)
Sorry you feel that way. A lot of the products he talked about like creatine, colostrum, HU-58, we don’t carry but sure- it was all a pitch for selling. You figured me out. 🙃
Do you ever see clients have symptoms from supplements that subside? My son flares from everything but we have to make progress somehow right .. diet already limited

As a Canadian of Norwegian descent I am so glad to learn about coconut oil. Thank you so much. I have a bad gut and autoimmune disease.
Kefir
Judy great questions, you really drove a very informative interview and covered a lot of great touch points with rich relevant content.
Thank you. I also learned more and clarified a few things I had questions about
I have tried many probiotics to fix my gut. Megaspore is by far the most effective. Those little guys just know what to do somehow.
seed probiotic hasn't really done anything for my scalp psoriasis.
Didnt notice anything from 2 bottles of
Megaspore..
@@systemtrend3194seed probiotics really messed up my gut...I really don't like that product!
My daughter stopped reacting to eggs on megaspore
Amazing interview. I am so new to gut issues, dealing with my own healing journey over the past nine months. This was so informative.
Very interesting! Been on coconut oil for Candida and have leaky gut. Time to change routes.
amazing , i recently realized even mold can cause a leaky gut nd cirs food allergies etc , we are fixing our old farmhouse we bought :)

Kiran... you are amazing and explain things so well .. many thanks❤
Go carnivore.
Thanks again Judy to bring truth out there.
Great video thank you

We will take a look into it. Thank you ♥️
Hi Judy, any thoughts about fermenting the MegaSpore in dairy and making a yogurt like Dr. William Davis does with L. Reuteri?
Good question.. I make and eat the reuteri yogurt as well

Judy someone with Cirs, with horrible leaky gut, which supplement do you start with??
Is homemade kefir effective?
Yes, we’ve found it to be effective when made with raw milk
If you can handle the histamines. And casein.

Is the white megaspore bottle you have linked the same megaspore thats in a pink bottle on amazon?
thank u
I wonder why he went from Just Thrive Probiotics to Mega Spore 🤔
Very interesting
Soo good 🎉🎉
45:25 but how we fix this so that the gut produces alot of neurotransmitters again?

How is it possible on 344 people liked this? 😁 Excellent info.
because he is on every show and talks every time the same things...
So, basically an hour long ad for supplements. I'll give this a pass, but thanks for admitting it right up front and saving me a lot of time.
Not understanding what this is about is just mind blowing, keep passing, don’t come back
@@StoneAgePHD LOL! No worries "StoneAge".
