Can diet change your personality? I think it’s possible! I noticed a shift in my mentality where I felt more straightforward and complete after starting carnivore. Then I gave into temptation and ate a bunch of cookies. I noticed my thoughts changing and I entertained more fanciful, even conspiracy theory thoughts. The way I interacted with people was different. I feel more confident on carnivore but a little more jovial/social with more sugar.
This is EXACTLY what happens in the carnivore groups and why I left them ALL in my vitamin A copper overload toxic , fatigued state . I had become SO sick from their , very detrimental dogmatic "advice". I'm glad you were able to step away and realize you were getting toxicity. I had a similar experience but not at all to your severity. Mine was with butter. Everyone kept telling me my symptoms of fatigue were because I needed more fat and more butter. It turned out the butter was causing fatigue, joint pain, head aches, heart palpitations, and bloating. Once I cut it out I was fine. So thankful for channels like Judy's that advocate health and healing with an open mind. Hope you continue to thrive and improve with Judy's guidance! ❤️
I’m sorry you’re dealing with LD. I also had lymes. My Dr said I’d probably been infected multiple times. Last infection was marked with 37 bullseye rashes. All major organs including my brain took a hit. Took 14 doctors and over 20yrs to diagnose and four years to treat after finding the right doctor. I’ve been LD free for over six years now. Fatigue, pain, and brain fog 💯 gone. Can’t remember feeling this good since my teens… I’m now 57. It had been a constant two steps forward, One step back journey, but those days are over! Just wanted to let you know no matter what stage you’re at, it’s treatable. Hope you have a great (and seriously aggressive) doctor and never give up. I SWEAR there is a beautiful light at the end of this tunnel. Eliminating ALL sugar and carbs was detrimental to my healing. Take care and hang in there! 🤗 💪 💜

@Israel Méndez The human body is only capable of handling 1-2 teaspoons of sugar a day. The amount of work your body goes through trying to keep sugar under control eventually becomes too much handle, especially when you're trying to heal. Carbs are basically sugar. Takes so much energy to break carbs down, it's why you feel sleepy after eating it. When your body can't keep up is when you start to see side effects. I was shocked the amount of issues associated from consuming it. Eliminating it got rid of my brain fog, fatigue, skin issues, infections, and eye sight. There are studies showing that even alzheimers is associated with suger. I've heard it called diabetes 3. There's a movie called, "That Sugar Film," which is free at the moment on youtube. It goes over what happens to your body. Not everything, but enough. Lots of other videos on here that explain why sugar is so poisonous. I thought the word poisonous was a bit dramatic, but sugar really is pure poison. Limited carbs are not poison, but when I was sick, any carbs at all caused issues for me.
I am a 5 year Carnivore as well. Everything Judy is saying has been my experience as well. I am going to reiterate- if you are eating 2-3 lbs of meat a day and gaining weight, stop listening to the zealots. They do not know YOUR body.
@@paulwiffin2452 I'd calculate the 1.0 g of protein per ideal body weight and know that amount of meat is suffcient for you. (with about 70-75% fat in terms of total calories). Once you know that amount, try doing some fasting to do more healing and to "reset" your hunger cues (your insulin may still be high). Give it time, eat slow and make sure you are eating and doing nothing else. Also limit drinks at meals and only room temp water. Also, consider eating the fatty cuts first. If you're new to carnivore, eat until you have more balanced blood sugar regulation. Hope these tips help!

I’m seeing that those zealots with that message are the muscle bound ones focused on a very muscular physique and/or endurance fitness activities. Their recommendations must be taken with a really big grain of salt.
Listening to your body is CRITICAL! When I started two years ago and I saw people eating 2-3 pounds of meat a day--my body said NO. I know when I put my fork down and push back from the table that I am done. I only listen to people for information, then try it and tweak it for me. Each body is so different--even from day to day. Follow your intuition.
I appreciate that you interview people other then carnivore. I listen to a lot of different podcasts. Every one has a different Idea of what is best. It is my responsibility to decide what is best for me. Getting stuck in a particular Dogma is what got me here in the first place.

I´ve been following carnivore advocates/coaches for almost 6 years and I´ve been a carnivore for 4+ years (and love it). Now that I´ve studied and followed all the main players for a substantial amount of time, I´ve come to the conclusion that you are right at the top of my list. You are very rational, logical, thoughtful, knowledgeable and the least dogmatic I´ve seen. You don´t make overreaching promises like ¨butter will make you sleep better¨ (NOT true for me and I think it´s almost cruel to promise that for someone who has struggled for years with sleep issues) or, ¨You can eat ALL the fat you want¨ and other inaccurate statements. You tell us about success stories (that really helps to inspire and motivate), but you´re also very realistic about what the carnivore way of eating can and cannot necessarily do. It´s also heartening that you needed your own healing, just like so many of us. I can´t thank you enough and I hope you´re here teaching and sharing for decades to come, Judy. 💞
I’ve had insomnia since early 2000s. Butter def helps it. Just becuz it’s fat. I try to eat highfat carni. I try to remember to eat 1T butter before bed.
Great video, just stumbled on your channel. I am into year 2 of carnivore and was feeling great. For whatever reason I decided to add back in some whole grains and vegetables and within 2 weeks was miserable again… 1 week later, back on Carnivore, everything feels great again. Crazy how the body instantly tells you what works. My challenge continues to be living with people that think I am nuts for ‘choosing’ to only eat meat. Looking forward to watching more of your work.
Wow so true. I quit liver , I also started dropping the amount of protein upped my fat. I also do 2 meals an day sometimes 3 but not as much food at one time. Excellent video thank you
When you upped your fat, what type of fat do you include ? We are still healing and therefore can only tolerate cooking with duck fat and brisket fat. I prep cubes of brisket fat in the airfryer and we eat a few cubes twice per day. Can you please give me examples of types of fats you are increasing ? Thanks in advance

I have just started a carnivore diet but have been researching information online about it for awhile. This video is the most reasonable approach I've seen, no dogma, no judgement. Just listen to what your body is saying it needs. Thank you for sharing your experience and advice. I've got a lot of healing to do and am hoping that choosing to embark on a carnivore based diet will reverse the bad consequences for my unhealthy lifestyle the last 30 years. Thanks again!
I really appreciate that you aren't blind to the dogma. I've had severe autoimmune issues for decades. I'm just over a year into carnivore. I still have to take certain supplements including Vitamin C. As so many 50+ women find themselves having to do so. People really don't enjoy when someone says that, but it's very important so I really appreciate that you do so. I've found that I do much better on a very high fat version of carnivore. Lately, I've added cream to my diet, though not a lot, in making myself electrolyte ice cream. It's still purely carnivore minus the electrolytes. I'm enjoying it, because it's a cold treat, but also because it's added just a little bit of softness back to my forearms and legs and my skin is so thin from the decades of illness and medication that I find without the small bit of cushion I bruise anytime I touch something. I'm not gaining weight or inches, I'm just a bit softer in appearance which I appreciate because I was looking pretty veiny and that really shows up on such fair skin. Also, I really appreciate the different professionals you have on. I would not have known to look in the directions I needed to with my research otherwise. Nor would I have discovered that what I kept thinking was flare-ups for many months into Carnivore was actually some very heavy duty oxalate dumping. My prior diet was extremely oxalate heavy and my immune system and skin really doesn't like oxalates. So thank you for walking to your own open-minded drum and sharing so much interesting information. Healing is definitely not one size fits all and for challenging autoimmune cases like my own, it's definitely very individualized. Keep inspiring and healing! 🦋
I’ve hit the 2 year mark this month and it’s been great . I’ve finally settled on 1-1.5 pounds per meal sometimes 3 times day… mostly ground beef mixed with 2-3 eggs. Alternative meals usually involve a 1pound ribeye/sirloin with lotta of butter 🧈, yogurts, and fish!!! Supplements, I usually just take some B vitamins and electrolytes with water for work…. This diet is soooo simple … your book was very helpful! 😉
I was lucky to start after people like Judy were already experienced, so I benefitted from some lessons learned. One thing I've done from jump is mix up the meats. It seems obvious, but the discussion around copper etc was good to have up front. I don't tend to cravie chicken, any more or right now, but sometimes I must have pork! I have also been consuming a fair amount of raw milk in the beginning of the month for about 2 weeks, which coincides with how long my supply lasts after I pick it up. I suspect that it has caused me to stall a bit on weight loss, but because it tastes so delicious and it's so deeply satisfying, I am continuing to drink it for now. It's interesting to me that in the beginning, I really leaned on cheese very heavily. It was quite good at fending off any sweet craving. But now, I find it too rich and rarely eat it.
@@alchemistcrow8960 I was all over the place when I started too. Eating everything. But after 12 months, I started narrowing it down to mostly ground beef w/ eggs and steaks! I just wasn’t feeling it much with other meats. I do eat sardines/mackerel regularly as well for omega 3s
@@ii__jon_snow__ii4873 I think I would resist the characterization of being all over the place. I feel that I am making some very conscious choices to have a fair amount of diversity among animal products. I saw before I started Judy's video about the different nutritional profiles in each, and that made a lot of sense to me. Plus, I just don't know what the point would be in further limitation, unless or accept I had some conditions which can only be helped that way. With that being said, I have already just intuitively made changes and have no doubt that that will continue. Many have noted and I agree that one's craving for sweets gets more and more remote with time. That really surprised me. It was always pretty easy to resist on this particular regimen, unlike others, but I always thought that some temptation may always remain. For the most part however, I rarely think about other things anymore. I think if I did start to long for something, I might try to eat it just to see if it was something I needed. I do know that right before I started this, I literally ate about 8 lb of Brussels sprouts over a week. Sometimes I think of them and imagine that it would probably be the first dish I would reintroduce, if I reintroduced some vegetables. That particular dish was already pretty keto, with only roasted brussels sprouts, bacon bits and goat cheese.
Hi Judy! I've been carnivore for about 4 yrs now. This was such a great video! I always thought that if I wasnt beef only then I wasn't really carnivore. I love eating a variety of meats and since I've been doing it I have found that I truly enjoy the carnivore lifestyle so much more! I have always been a meat eater so being able to embrace carnivore was easy. It has helped me heal my gut issues from Sibo and I can't imagine ever going back to plants! Bring on the bacon!! My problem is I eat the variety when not hungry Just becuz it tastes good (different) Meat only is very boring so the thrill of sausage is real I do have eggs and even cheese. The cheese is more due to boredom too.
Yes! Changing from "I can" to "I choose" has changed so much for my perspective and how people treat my choices. Although, conversely it makes some people even more offended when I say choose because they think I'm just being difficult for the sake of annoyance. And I don't always feel like explaining that I both choose and can't eat anything but meat without severe emotional and physical repercussions.
53 year old Male and have been Gluten free for three years. When offered breads or cake, for example, I politely say that “I don’t eat that”. Just as I would decline if someone offered me a cigarette. By changing my mindset to classifying them both as harmful to my health, I do not feel like I’m missing out. Keep up your healthy journey.

I'm mostly an abstainer. I can eat keto ice cream occasionally and be fine, but if I eat something high carb, or something with actual sugar, even fruit, I'm likely to want more and more and more.
I am so glad I found you! I started on keto moved to ketovoure and finally carnivour. I have learned that my stomach doesn't like just one kind of meat. On just beef my stomach was upset and i didn't feel graet but after I added pork and chicken its all good now also Im not bored with food anymore and that keeps me going. Also, since I started carnivour i have trouble finding a doctor who is willing to support my way of eating, they even refuse to do my blood work saying its hart attack, kidney and liver failure waiting to happen, Im tired arguing with then so was hopping someone can point me to the right direction finding in person or online doctor. I love that you have an open mind and advocate healing over dogmatic advice. I've been on carnivore a month and a half and everyone told me to eat more butter and when I was eating about two stick a day it affected my milk allergy. Everyone kept telling me it was something else but I decided to just cut out butter to see what would happen and my symptoms went away. Had I just followed everyone's advice to keep eating more meat and butter I would have felt terrible. I'm thankful for channels like your that promote healing with an open mind. ❤️
I don't eat butter, too much dairy still in it, so I turn butter into ghee, which leaves the dairy stuck on the bottom of the pot and I can pour out the most delicious tasting and smelling "oil of butter" (that's what I call it). Not only can it be used at high heats, but, it doesn't need refrigeration, it can be stored on the counter on a mason jar for a month! Ghee is easy to make, it's really twice heated...but, better to look it up and get a recipe and instructions the first time you try. All the best!
@@annetterhoades4873 oh dear, I guess I can tolerate a bit more dairy stuff than you...good thing you figured out the butter problem! I don't digest bacon well so I finally gave it up. Chicken and lamb, sardines and fish are much better for me. Beef sometimes...very seldom livers because I have Hemochromatosis so my body doesn't eliminate iron properly...but, at least the blood services are happy to get my iron rich blood!
@@catherinecastle8576 yeah, I was a little devastated giving up butter because I felt like I had already eliminated so much. Hopefully over time I'll be able to tolerate it or at least ghee. I'm sure in moderation I'll be fine but I just overwhelmed my body with so much butter all of a sudden. Bacon and beef would definitely be tough ones to give up especially the beef. I think most of my diet consist of beef at every meal. At first I wasn't a fan of lamb but now I love the taste. Thank goodness for fish and sardines too. I love salmon and sardines. I used to eat a lot of salmon with butter. That was my favorite.
I trust you more than the carnivore doctors. Your questions are the best during interviews. And you truly have a holistic look whereas doctors have their niches.

I eat meat primarily not much fish, some vegetables that are fermented such as kimchi or saurkraut. Carbs also not an issue for me, i can eat all in low quantities to meet low carb levels to stay in ketosis
Judy said something eighteen minutes and that leads to good health and sustained carnivore... She said people need connections to heal emotionally or from trauma... I pray we have grace for those that don't talk about their trauma... Are seemed to be just unusual... We rarely know the traumas most people came from

Thank you for talking about how healing can require more than just diet. I've been spending a lot of time working on trauma lately, and I honestly thought I could just breeze through it with sticking to food and not having to worry about anything else. The hard truth is that while it may make the pain more tolerable or show up less often, it does very little to actually address the root issue. Therapy, books, and writing have helped me process that trauma much more than focusing only on diet. We're all in the process of healing. It's a journey to take together, not one to criticize each other over.
I’d love to see someone in the Carnivore community speak to those that have had bariatric surgery and have a tough time getting so much meat in at one time that we have to graze so to speak over the day
Thank you so much for this. I recently have left a group and stopped following some different Carnivore "experts". I wasn't losing fat, I was gaining and had been doing carnivore for 6 months, I finally realized I needed less food, way less than what I was trying to incorporate daily on top of being too expensive. I need a little variety. I also realized I think I really need exercise but kept hearing in the carnivore community that you don't need to work out at all. I'm not talking hardcore workouts just walking light workouts. I also realized I needed some electrolytes and some vitamins my body was deficient in maybe that will change over time but for now I am keeping some things. I am working with a 16 to 18 hour fasting window. I am pre diabetic and I think my body really needs the time to deplete the sugars my body is still trying to get rid of. Maybe not forever but for now. This was so wonderful and confirmation to me to listen to my body. Thank you again.

Maybe it doesn't work for younger people - it could just be that they don't show symptoms and a younger body can tolerate plants and junk food better. Why wait until diabetes apoears, or autoimmune conditions flare up, or for mental health issues to surface?
@@shirleydilleshaw5289 I’ve been carnivore since January. I have mitochondrial damage from an antibiotic adverse drug reaction, so I still haven’t healed. I’m actually more tired/exhausted most of the time than I was when I was doing Keto. 🫤 I’m going to keep hanging in there though, for now.
I’m nearly 70 and not nearly as active as I used to be. There is no way in hell I can eat 2-3 lbs of meat per day. I eat until I’m full regardless of the amount. Only been carnivore for a month but I can already see my face complexion improving and losing some weight. I’m still correcting my metabolic syndrome and this WOE seems to be helping.

And here’s something really interesting. My mom hasn’t had gout for over two years. Her stepson bought her several and let’s just say way too many beans for planting. She has been eating so many beans that her gout is back. He never asked us just planted them for her and never said a word to us did not ask our opinion on whether she should have them or not. She’s 88 very feeble and should not be outside gardening and we catch her out there all the time that was the main issue. And now she can’t walk because she’s so full of oxalic acid. My brother and I care for her and we know what she can and can’t do and have and it’s hard when somebody else steps in thinking that they’re helping and they don’t even tell you. 3:30: I think I'm both. Off 3-5 cup/day coffee 2 mo.. Lost craving for sweets few weeks ago (~6 mo. carnivore). Eat some salsa, etc. sometimes, but having some clear rules makes it easier.

This video was so important. I've started this for 2 weeks but fell off of it. It really helped me but cravings were there and cheese's and dairy came into the picture, which lead to cravings. I don’t think I’d be here today if it wasn’t for this diet. Subbed to every carnivore channel out there. I only listen to two people now, and you’re at the very top. 🤗 Wish I could send you before and after pics. It’s pretty dramatic. I’m still primarily carnivore, but occasionally crave and indulge in eating a steak salad with vinegar (or lemon,) olive oil, salt and pepper dressing. Works for me. 🤷🏻♀️
I have discovered the joys of salt. I am so glad that I know now that moder😢 amounts of salt is absolutely fine I eat most of my meals at home on my own and so it is easy to be strict When I feel a bit bored and discouraged, I remind myself that the next time I socialise or go out for a meal on my own, I can let myself go a little. I do the best I can to avoid toxic foods but otherwise eat some sort of normal meal And then there is always my birthday, Christmas, Easter etc. Eating normal meals with family and friends makes my life bearable
I have yet to hear a carnivore influencer recommend 2-3 pounds of meat a day. While I've only been carnivore for 3 1/2 months, I have been doing tons of research. One of my favorite influencers is Bella the Steak and Butter Gal. I just watched one of her videos today, and she would not suggest a specific amount of food. I participate in the carnivore challenges in the Steak and Butter Gang and so far, none of the coaches there have recommended 2-3 pounds of meat a day. I'm not saying that there aren't influencers recommending that, but maybe they're not being taken seriously anymore. For years I was hung up on numbers, counting grams of this and weighing that, etc. I'm so over that. I don't weigh or count anything. I can tell when I need more beef or more fat. I just go by how I feel.
@@barb8707 Yeah. She could sure put away the rib eyes! She doesn't eat quite as much, now. That was when she first went carnivore. She was recovering from a six-year vegan diet.
@CubitaLola Lately, I've been having two to three 1/3 pounder burger patties with 3 to 4 slices of bacon and two to three slices of cheese for a late lunch/early dinner. If I get hungry later, I'll have a snack of hard-boiled eggs and string cheese. If I know I'm going to have what my family is having for dinner, I'll eat a smaller lunch a little earlier. I like chicken wings, too, for lunch, but I dont feel as nourished by them as I do beef.
Everybody is different. Somebody that you interviewed back in November actually got sick of me and couldn’t stick another piece in her mouth and is doing Dr. Bos now I find some content users or shall I say providers are changing their tune. Because you can’t say one size fits all. I’m glad that it worked for her for a while but then she ended up with some crazy issues through some bloodwork that she said don’t do because the end result is the same. She has gone back-and-forth a mini in my opinion that’s what I like about this channel it’s consistent and you always say do what works for you
Oh my! The voice of reason at last. Thank you. I stick with meat based because everything else, including keto, eventually stopped seeing benefits for me and I was still feeling awful. Because of bariatric surgery I am not able to eat much and have to settle for x3 meals daily. Taken a long time to see that I also need supplementation: electrolytes and B vitamins, without which I am still feeling unwell and unable to do really basic tasks, despite eating mostly ruminants. Fasting (though great for T2 diabetes and weight loss) leaves me manic, wired and completely unable to sleep. So bizarre because I love the productivity and creativity, but the high-speed brain train and racing heart is scary and I had to stop. It was only 23hr fasting daily for about a week (OMAD). So this video speaks to me in ways other channels don’t and I’m so grateful. My body seems best on carni-flexitarian as I call it - ie a variety of meats, no organs at present. If I look at something and it makes me heave, it’s not for me right now. I look forward to learning more Judy, because dogmatic approaches to nutrition haven’t helped me long term. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for this video. I started the diet about 2 months ago but after some improvement in the beginning, I was suffering with the gut problem. I was forcing myself to eat even when I didn't feel like eating. I was just getting dubious today because I am gaining weight little bit by little.
I’ve been on this woe almost 6 months. I was hoping to help my lower back osteoporosis,osteoarthritis, heart murmur and knee pain with loss often cartilage. I’ve noticed no change and was advised I should be eating more. I eat TMAD and eat beef, little chicken, eggs & butter. 5’3” eating around 100gms protein which hits the .8 per ideal body weight. I’ve upped my fat to 80%. 1600-1700 calories is now my updated goal. I’d like to lose 6 pounds, but not concerned with that. Im in it for the healing. Thank you great video.

This was SUCH a good video thank you Judy! I began carnivore a month ago after being led to it intuitively. Really researched it first before diving in by listening to a number of different advocates across the full carnivore spectrum. But had awful diarrhoea plus increasing kidney pain. So I stopped because I didn't want to cause damage to my kidneys. I also couldn't stomach the thought of any more red meat. Over the last month I've been slowly reducing carbs and increasing fats. My intuition has guided me back to carnivore again and I've returned to it this week - with none of the issues from before. Why??? I saw your interview with the gentleman about protein needs and only being able to absorb so much in 1 go - I'd been following "advice" to eat loads of red meat (which my body was rejecting) and realised I'd been having around 70g of protein just for breakfast - no wonder I had GI issues and kidney pain!! So this time around I'm still following carnivore - all animal products including fish and eggs - but making sure my protein intake isn't as high in one go and eating more intuitively based on what my body asks for rather than what people advocate. That could be a couple of homemade burgers... or just some oily fish. But I'm feeling much better in my body this time without the GI issues and without the worries from my kidneys from too much protein. This was such a good video with so many helpful insights especially the fact that we ARE all different and it's about taking a holistic approach to our bodies based on our individual needs.

Judy thank you so much for NOT getting caught up in the dogma. I’ve been trying to do carnivore to heal and suffered badly with hypoglycemic episodes myself. I’m learning to listen to my body and make adjustments as opposed to trying to force a square peg to fit in a round hole. Carnivore has definitely helped me immensely and I’m figuring out how to tweak this way of eating to feel my best. Love all that you do for us Judy!!
Congratulations, This is the reason I follow your channel , you are honest and able to admit that something does not always work. I certainly do not eat 2 lbs of meat a day, also 2 to 3 meals or I get a glucose spike, and yes figuring out the digestion is very important. Keep up the good work.

Judy, you mentioned that you felt like you had hypoglycemia after eating a large OMAD. I would love to hear your explanation for this phenomenon, what could be the mechanism causing this hypoglycemia? I eat omad - fast 24/48h ketovore, i use downdays and up days: I make big bowl of iceberg leafs, 130g of sardines in olive oil, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes and 3 eggs. It sustains me so well, I’m so full till next day or I eat bacon or beer with side salad . I don’t overeat on protein, fats make me fuller for way longer .
I was listening to Dave Asprey about fasting. Some great information but still get frustrated with people who say if it isn't grass fed and grass finished, it isn't worth it. If I take that advice, I would do nothing. Feeding my family grass fed and finished is not an option for me nor is raw dairy. One because of price and the other because you cannot get raw dairy in Canada. We live in a very unstable world right now and prices have skyrocketed. I am happy to just get meat. As a nutritionist, would you say buying from a local butcher who sells local meat freshly butchered is better than doing nothing? By the way, I enjoy your videos especially the one on protein.
The difference between grasfinished meat and grain finished isn't that big of a difference. Go and look for Rob Wolf and Diana Rogers from sustainable dish. They did a whole lot of research about that. I would even prefer local over gras finished every day since I cat support my farmer/neighbor.

Process food addict here. I have gained and lost a lot of weight on keto, intermittent fasting, and long-term fasting. I realized that the fasting was only making it worse for me in the long run because I’m also I binge eater and absolutely couldn’t get off the sweet stuff. I decided to go on carnivore because it eliminated all of my drug foods. I hear that carnivore is not a weight loss diet but a healing diet but at the same time they say it’s the absence of carbs that contributes to weight loss. Carnivore is zero carb. I decided I needed to stay on the high fat side of carnivore with moderate protein. I do not eat 2lbs of meat because I was gaining weight. I’m never hungry and I am in ketosis. I’m not loosing any weight. I’m maintaining and have been for at least four months.I’m baffled. The only difference between what I’m doing now and what I did on keto is I ate vegetable and a lot of keto junk food. This is so much healthier. I’m not giving up. I thought maybe I’m not fat adapted yet? Any advice would be welcomed. I have 70lbs to loose. Also, I always loose a good chunk when I finally get back on track but have lost nothing this time and even gained.
Look into Ted Naiman's PE Diet. It's the ratio of grams of P (protein) to grams of E (energy = carbs plus fat grams). Ratio of 1:1 is for maintenance, greater than 1 is for fat loss. So target protein to 1g per pound body weight or 30% by calories.
I have diff story coming in but same result No loss after mos n mos Almost 5 mos Ppl are amazed at how good I am They all cheat constantly and don’t even realize it I don’t But nothing happens. My body recomp only lasted a month; it was slowwww and quite minimal. Taking Lugol’s 3 1/2mos now. Was getting great FBGs and good ketones. Ketones ranked n FBGs around 100. What the what?? Don’t eat high protein but high fat 🤷🏼♀️
What a great format! Love this. I think it's likely to be very encouraging/calming/freeing if we were each to list our experiences & learnings from our own meat-based lives. Can diet change your personality? I think it’s possible! I noticed a shift in my mentality where I felt more straightforward and complete after starting carnivore. Then I gave into temptation and ate a bunch of cookies. I noticed my thoughts changing and I entertained more fanciful, even conspiracy theory thoughts. The way I interacted with people was different. I feel more confident on carnivore but a little more jovial/social with more sugar.

I'm glad you were able to step away and realize you were getting toxicity. I had a similar experience but not at all to your severity. Mine was with butter. Everyone kept telling me my symptoms of fatigue were because I needed more fat and more butter. It turned out the butter was causing fatigue, joint pain, head aches, heart palpitations, and bloating. I’m sorry you’re dealing with LD. I also had lymes. My Dr said I’d probably been infected multiple times. Last infection was marked with 37 bullseye rashes. All major organs including my brain took a hit. Took 14 doctors and over 20yrs to diagnose and four years to treat after finding the right doctor. I’ve been LD free for over six years now. Fatigue, pain, and brain fog 💯 gone. Can’t remember feeling this good since my teens… I’m now 57. It had been a constant two steps forward, One step back journey, but those days are over! Just wanted to let you know no matter what stage you’re at, it’s treatable. Hope you have a great (and seriously aggressive) doctor and never give up. I SWEAR there is a beautiful light at the end of this tunnel. Eliminating ALL sugar and carbs was detrimental to my healing. Take care and hang in there! 🤗 💪 💜

Why did you have a Vitamin A overload?
@Israel Méndez The human body is only capable of handling 1-2 teaspoons of sugar a day. The amount of work your body goes through trying to keep sugar under control eventually becomes too much handle, especially when you're trying to heal. Carbs are basically sugar. Takes so much energy to break carbs down, it's why you feel sleepy after eating it. When your body can't keep up is when you start to see side effects. I was shocked the amount of issues associated from consuming it. Eliminating it got rid of my brain fog, fatigue, skin issues, infections, and eye sight. There are studies showing that even alzheimers is associated with suger. I've heard it called diabetes 3. There's a movie called, "That Sugar Film," which is free at the moment on youtube. It goes over what happens to your body. Not everything, but enough. Lots of other videos on here that explain why sugar is so poisonous. I thought the word poisonous was a bit dramatic, but sugar really is pure poison. Limited carbs are not poison, but when I was sick, any carbs at all caused issues for me.
I am a 5 year Carnivore as well. Everything Judy is saying has been my experience as well. I am going to reiterate- if you are eating 2-3 lbs of meat a day and gaining weight, stop listening to the zealots. They do not know YOUR body.
Seems logical. My issue is a large appetite and don't reach satiety easily. My body wants more. But I know I'm overeating, hence gaining body fat.
@@paulwiffin2452 I'd calculate the 1.0 g of protein per ideal body weight and know that amount of meat is suffcient for you. (with about 70-75% fat in terms of total calories). Once you know that amount, try doing some fasting to do more healing and to "reset" your hunger cues (your insulin may still be high). Give it time, eat slow and make sure you are eating and doing nothing else. Also limit drinks at meals and only room temp water. Also, consider eating the fatty cuts first. If you're new to carnivore, eat until you have more balanced blood sugar regulation. Hope these tips help!

Listening to your body is CRITICAL! When I started two years ago and I saw people eating 2-3 pounds of meat a day--my body said NO. I know when I put my fork down and push back from the table that I am done. I only listen to people for information, then try it and tweak it for me. Each body is so different--even from day to day. Follow your intuition.

And 1/2-3/4 stick of butter

I´ve been following carnivore advocates/coaches for almost 6 years and I´ve been a carnivore for 4+ years (and love it). Now that I´ve studied and followed all the main players for a substantial amount of time, I´ve come to the conclusion that you are right at the top of my list. You are very rational, logical, thoughtful, knowledgeable and the least dogmatic I´ve seen. You don´t make overreaching promises like ¨butter will make you sleep better¨ (NOT true for me and I think it´s almost cruel to promise that for someone who has struggled for years with sleep issues) or, ¨You can eat ALL the fat you want¨ and other inaccurate statements.
You tell us about success stories (that really helps to inspire and motivate), but you´re also very realistic about what the carnivore way of eating can and cannot necessarily do. It´s also heartening that you needed your own healing, just like so many of us. I can´t thank you enough and I hope you´re here teaching and sharing for decades to come, Judy. 💞

Butter def helps it. Just becuz it’s fat. I try to eat highfat carni. I try to remember to eat 1T butter before bed.

Great video, just stumbled on your channel. I am into year 2 of carnivore and was feeling great. For whatever reason I decided to add back in some whole grains and vegetables and within 2 weeks was miserable again… 1 week later, back on Carnivore, everything feels great again. Crazy how the body instantly tells you what works. My challenge continues to be living with people that think I am nuts for ‘choosing’ to only eat meat. Looking forward to watching more of your work.

When you upped your fat, what type of fat do you include ? We are still healing and therefore can only tolerate cooking with duck fat and brisket fat. I prep cubes of brisket fat in the airfryer and we eat a few cubes twice per day. Can you please give me examples of types of fats you are increasing ? Thanks in advance

I have just started a carnivore diet but have been researching information online about it for awhile. This video is the most reasonable approach I've seen, no dogma, no judgement. Just listen to what your body is saying it needs. Thank you for sharing your experience and advice. I really appreciate that you aren't blind to the dogma. I've had severe autoimmune issues for decades. I'm just over a year into carnivore. I still have to take certain supplements including Vitamin C. As so many 50+ women find themselves having to do so. People really don't enjoy when someone says that, but it's very important so I really appreciate that you do so.
I've found that I do much better on a very high fat version of carnivore. Lately, I've added cream to my diet, though not a lot, in making myself electrolyte ice cream. It's still purely carnivore minus the electrolytes. I'm enjoying it, because it's a cold treat, but also because it's added just a little bit of softness back to my forearms and legs and my skin is so thin from the decades of illness and medication that I find without the small bit of cushion I bruise anytime I touch something. I'm not gaining weight or inches, I'm just a bit softer in appearance which I appreciate because I was looking pretty veiny and that really shows up on such fair skin.
Also, I really appreciate the different professionals you have on. I would not have known to look in the directions I needed to with my research otherwise. Nor would I have discovered that what I kept thinking was flare-ups for many months into Carnivore was actually some very heavy duty oxalate dumping. My prior diet was extremely oxalate heavy and my immune system and skin really doesn't like oxalates.
So thank you for walking to your own open-minded drum and sharing so much interesting information. Healing is definitely not one size fits all and for challenging autoimmune cases like my own, it's definitely very individualized. Keep inspiring and healing! 🦋
I’ve hit the 2 year mark this month and it’s been great . I’ve finally settled on 1-1.5 pounds per meal sometimes 3 times day… mostly ground beef mixed with 2-3 eggs. Alternative meals usually involve a 1pound ribeye/sirloin with lotta of butter 🧈, yogurts, and fish!!!
Supplements, I usually just take some B vitamins and electrolytes with water for work…. This diet is soooo simple … your book was very helpful! 😉
I was lucky to start after people like Judy were already experienced, so I benefitted from some lessons learned. One thing I've done from jump is mix up the meats. It seems obvious, but the discussion around copper etc was good to have up front. I don't tend to cravie chicken, any more or right now, but sometimes I must have pork! I have also been consuming a fair amount of raw milk in the beginning of the month for about 2 weeks, which coincides with how long my supply lasts after I pick it up. I suspect that it has caused me to stall a bit on weight loss, but because it tastes so delicious and it's so deeply satisfying, I am continuing to drink it for now. It's interesting to me that in the beginning, I really leaned on cheese very heavily. It was quite good at fending off any sweet craving. But now, I find it too rich and rarely eat it.
@@alchemistcrow8960 I was all over the place when I started too. Eating everything. But after 12 months, I started narrowing it down to mostly ground beef w/ eggs and steaks! I just wasn’t feeling it much with other meats. I do eat sardines/mackerel regularly as well for omega 3s
@@ii__jon_snow__ii4873 I think I would resist the characterization of being all over the place. I feel that I am making some very conscious choices to have a fair amount of diversity among animal products. I saw before I started Judy's video about the different nutritional profiles in each, and that made a lot of sense to me. Plus, I just don't know what the point would be in further limitation, unless or accept I had some conditions which can only be helped that way. With that being said, I have already just intuitively made changes and have no doubt that that will continue. Many have noted and I agree that one's craving for sweets gets more and more remote with time. That really surprised me. It was always pretty easy to resist on this particular regimen, unlike others, but I always thought that some temptation may always remain. For the most part however, I rarely think about other things anymore. I think if I did start to long for something, I might try to eat it just to see if it was something I needed. I do know that right before I started this, I literally ate about 8 lb of Brussels sprouts over a week. Sometimes I think of them and imagine that it would probably be the first dish I would reintroduce, if I reintroduced some vegetables. That particular dish was already pretty keto, with only roasted brussels sprouts, bacon bits and goat cheese.
Hi Judy! I've been carnivore for about 4 yrs now. This was such a great video! I always thought that if I wasnt beef only then I wasn't really carnivore. I love eating a variety of meats and since I've been doing it I have found that I truly enjoy the carnivore lifestyle so much more! I have always been a meat eater so being able to embrace carnivore was easy. It has helped me heal my gut issues from Sibo and I can't imagine ever going back to plants! Bring on the bacon!! Yes! Changing from "I can" to "I choose" has changed so much for my perspective and how people treat my choices. Although, conversely it makes some people even more offended when I say choose because they think I'm just being difficult for the sake of annoyance. And I don't always feel like explaining that I both choose and can't eat anything but meat without severe emotional and physical repercussions.
I can see people getting annoyed. That's been sometimes my experience too but always advocate for your own health. 💗 Be strong. You're not alone!
53 year old Male and have been Gluten free for three years. When offered breads or cake, for example, I politely say that “I don’t eat that”. Just as I would decline if someone offered me a cigarette. By changing my mindset to classifying them both as harmful to my health, I do not feel like I’m missing out.

I'm mostly an abstainer. I can eat keto ice cream occasionally and be fine, but if I eat something high carb, or something with actual sugar, even fruit, I'm likely to want more and more and more.
I’m like this as well. Keto ice cream is ok and I can put it down for some reason but if I have fruit I just start getting cravings.
I am so glad I found you! I started on keto moved to ketovoure and finally carnivour. I have learned that my stomach doesn't like just one kind of meat. On just beef my stomach was upset and i didn't feel graet but after I added pork and chicken its all good now also Im not bored with food anymore and that keeps me going. Also, since I started carnivour i have trouble finding a doctor who is willing to support my way of eating, they even refuse to do my blood work saying its hart attack, kidney and liver failure waiting to happen, Im tired arguing with then so was hopping someone can point me to the right direction finding in person or online doctor. I love that you have an open mind and advocate healing over dogmatic advice. I've been on carnivore a month and a half and everyone told me to eat more butter and when I was eating about two stick a day it affected my milk allergy. Everyone kept telling me it was something else but I decided to just cut out butter to see what would happen and my symptoms went away. Had I just followed everyone's advice to keep eating more meat and butter I would have felt terrible. I'm thankful for channels like your that promote healing with an open mind. ❤️
I don't eat butter, too much dairy still in it, so I turn butter into ghee, which leaves the dairy stuck on the bottom of the pot and I can pour out the most delicious tasting and smelling "oil of butter" (that's what I call it). Not only can it be used at high heats, but, it doesn't need refrigeration, it can be stored on the counter on a mason jar for a month! Ghee is easy to make, it's really twice heated...but, better to look it up and get a recipe and instructions the first time you try. All the best!

@@annetterhoades4873 oh dear, I guess I can tolerate a bit more dairy stuff than you...good thing you figured out the butter problem! I don't digest bacon well so I finally gave it up. Chicken and lamb, sardines and fish are much better for me. Beef sometimes...very seldom livers because I have Hemochromatosis so my body doesn't eliminate iron properly...but, at least the blood services are happy to get my iron rich blood!
@@catherinecastle8576 yeah, I was a little devastated giving up butter because I felt like I had already eliminated so much. Hopefully over time I'll be able to tolerate it or at least ghee. I'm sure in moderation I'll be fine but I just overwhelmed my body with so much butter all of a sudden. Bacon and beef would definitely be tough ones to give up especially the beef. I think most of my diet consist of beef at every meal. At first I wasn't a fan of lamb but now I love the taste. Thank goodness for fish and sardines too. I love salmon and sardines. I used to eat a lot of salmon with butter. That was my favorite.

I eat meat primarily not much fish, some vegetables that are fermented such as kimchi or saurkraut.
Carbs also not an issue for me, i can eat all in low quantities to meet low carb levels to stay in ketosis
Judy said something eighteen minutes and that leads to good health and sustained carnivore... She said people need connections to heal emotionally or from trauma... I pray we have grace for those that don't talk about their trauma... Are seemed to be just unusual... We rarely know the traumas most people came from

Thank you for talking about how healing can require more than just diet. I've been spending a lot of time working on trauma lately, and I honestly thought I could just breeze through it with sticking to food and not having to worry about anything else. The hard truth is that while it may make the pain more tolerable or show up less often, it does very little to actually address the root issue. Therapy, books, and writing have helped me process that trauma much more than focusing only on diet.
We're all in the process of healing. It's a journey to take together, not one to criticize each other over.
I’d love to see someone in the Carnivore community speak to those that have had bariatric surgery and have a tough time getting so much meat in at one time that we have to graze so to speak over the day
Thank you so much for this. I recently have left a group and stopped following some different Carnivore "experts". I wasn't losing fat, I was gaining and had been doing carnivore for 6 months, I finally realized I needed less food, way less than what I was trying to incorporate daily on top of being too expensive. I need a little variety. I also realized I think I really need exercise but kept hearing in the carnivore community that you don't need to work out at all. I'm not talking hardcore workouts just walking light workouts. I also realized I needed some electrolytes and some vitamins my body was deficient in maybe that will change over time but for now I am keeping some things. I am working with a 16 to 18 hour fasting window. I am pre diabetic and I think my body really needs the time to deplete the sugars my body is still trying to get rid of. Maybe not forever but for now. This was so wonderful and confirmation to me to listen to my body. Thank you again.
I do plan on staying carnivore just will allow myself fish, chicken, pork, beef and listen to my body 😀

Yes, it is not. My parents are both 70 and they do not do carnivore the same way as I do (nor do my kids). Find always what works for you!
Maybe it doesn't work for younger people - it could just be that they don't show symptoms and a younger body can tolerate plants and junk food better. Why wait until diabetes apoears, or autoimmune conditions flare up, or for mental health issues to surface?

I’m nearly 70 and not nearly as active as I used to be. There is no way in hell I can eat 2-3 lbs of meat per day. I eat until I’m full regardless of the amount. Only been carnivore for a month but I can already see my face complexion improving and losing some weight. I’m still correcting my metabolic syndrome and this WOE seems to be helping.

And here’s something really interesting. My mom hasn’t had gout for over two years. Her stepson bought her several and let’s just say way too many beans for planting. She has been eating so many beans that her gout is back. He never asked us just planted them for her and never said a word to us did not ask our opinion on whether she should have them or not. She’s 88 very feeble and should not be outside gardening and we catch her out there all the time that was the main issue. And now she can’t walk because she’s so full of oxalic acid. My brother and I care for her and we know what she can and can’t do and have and it’s hard when somebody else steps in thinking that they’re helping and they don’t even tell you. 3:30: I think I'm both. Off 3-5 cup/day coffee 2 mo.. Lost craving for sweets few weeks ago (~6 mo. carnivore). Eat some salsa, etc. sometimes, but having some clear rules makes it easier.

This video was so important. I've started this for 2 weeks but fell off of it. It really helped me but cravings were there and cheese's and dairy came into the picture, which lead to cravings. I don’t think I’d be here today if it wasn’t for this diet. Subbed to every carnivore channel out there. I only listen to two people now, and you’re at the very top. 🤗 Wish I could send you before and after pics. It’s pretty dramatic. I’m still primarily carnivore, but occasionally crave and indulge in eating a steak salad with vinegar (or lemon,) olive oil, salt and pepper dressing. Works for me. 🤷🏻♀️

I eat most of my meals at home on my own and so it is easy to be strict
When I feel a bit bored and discouraged, I remind myself that the next time I socialise or go out for a meal on my own, I can let myself go a little.
I do the best I can to avoid toxic foods but otherwise eat some sort of normal meal
And then there is always my birthday, Christmas, Easter etc.
Eating normal meals with family and friends makes my life bearable

I have yet to hear a carnivore influencer recommend 2-3 pounds of meat a day. While I've only been carnivore for 3 1/2 months, I have been doing tons of research. One of my favorite influencers is Bella the Steak and Butter Gal. I just watched one of her videos today, and she would not suggest a specific amount of food. I participate in the carnivore challenges in the Steak and Butter Gang and so far, none of the coaches there have recommended 2-3 pounds of meat a day. I'm not saying that there aren't influencers recommending that, but maybe they're not being taken seriously anymore. For years I was hung up on numbers, counting grams of this and weighing that, etc. I'm so over that. I don't weigh or count anything. I can tell when I need more beef or more fat. I just go by how I feel.
@@barb8707 Yeah. She could sure put away the rib eyes! She doesn't eat quite as much, now. That was when she first went carnivore. She was recovering from a six-year vegan diet.
Can I ask, what do your typical meals look like? I dont want to count or weigh anything either. Did that in the past and it was stressful.
@CubitaLola Lately, I've been having two to three 1/3 pounder burger patties with 3 to 4 slices of bacon and two to three slices of cheese for a late lunch/early dinner. If I get hungry later, I'll have a snack of hard-boiled eggs and string cheese. If I know I'm going to have what my family is having for dinner, I'll eat a smaller lunch a little earlier. I like chicken wings, too, for lunch, but I dont feel as nourished by them as I do beef.

Everybody is different. Somebody that you interviewed back in November actually got sick of me and couldn’t stick another piece in her mouth and is doing Dr. Bos now I find some content users or shall I say providers are changing their tune. Because you can’t say one size fits all. I’m glad that it worked for her for a while but then she ended up with some crazy issues through some bloodwork that she said don’t do because the end result is the same. She has gone back-and-forth a mini in my opinion that’s what I like about this channel it’s consistent and you always say do what works for you
Oh my! The voice of reason at last. Thank you. I stick with meat based because everything else, including keto, eventually stopped seeing benefits for me and I was still feeling awful. Because of bariatric surgery I am not able to eat much and have to settle for x3 meals daily. Taken a long time to see that I also need supplementation: electrolytes and B vitamins, without which I am still feeling unwell and unable to do really basic tasks, despite eating mostly ruminants. Fasting (though great for T2 diabetes and weight loss) leaves me manic, wired and completely unable to sleep. So bizarre because I love the productivity and creativity, but the high-speed brain train and racing heart is scary and I had to stop. It was only 23hr fasting daily for about a week (OMAD). So this video speaks to me in ways other channels don’t and I’m so grateful. My body seems best on carni-flexitarian as I call it - ie a variety of meats, no organs at present. If I look at something and it makes me heave, it’s not for me right now.
I look forward to learning more Judy, because dogmatic approaches to nutrition haven’t helped me long term.

Thank you so much for this video. I started the diet about 2 months ago but after some improvement in the beginning, I was suffering with the gut problem. I was forcing myself to eat even when I didn't feel like eating. I was just getting dubious today because I am gaining weight little bit by little.

I’ve been on this woe almost 6 months. I was hoping to help my lower back osteoporosis,osteoarthritis, heart murmur and knee pain with loss often cartilage. I’ve noticed no change and was advised I should be eating more. I eat TMAD and eat beef, little chicken, eggs & butter. 5’3” eating around 100gms protein which hits the .8 per ideal body weight. I’ve upped my fat to 80%. 1600-1700 calories is now my updated goal. I’d like to lose 6 pounds, but not concerned with that. Im in it for the healing. Thank you great video.

This was SUCH a good video thank you Judy! I began carnivore a month ago after being led to it intuitively. Really researched it first before diving in by listening to a number of different advocates across the full carnivore spectrum. But had awful diarrhoea plus increasing kidney pain. So I stopped because I didn't want to cause damage to my kidneys. I also couldn't stomach the thought of any more red meat. Over the last month I've been slowly reducing carbs and increasing fats. My intuition has guided me back to carnivore again and I've returned to it this week - with none of the issues from before. Why??? I saw your interview with the gentleman about protein needs and only being able to absorb so much in 1 go - I'd been following "advice" to eat loads of red meat (which my body was rejecting) and realised I'd been having around 70g of protein just for breakfast - no wonder I had GI issues and kidney pain!! So this time around I'm still following carnivore - all animal products including fish and eggs - but making sure my protein intake isn't as high in one go and eating more intuitively based on what my body asks for rather than what people advocate. That could be a couple of homemade burgers... or just some oily fish. But I'm feeling much better in my body this time without the GI issues and without the worries from my kidneys from too much protein. This was such a good video with so many helpful insights especially the fact that we ARE all different and it's about taking a holistic approach to our bodies based on our individual needs.

Judy thank you so much for NOT getting caught up in the dogma. I’ve been trying to do carnivore to heal and suffered badly with hypoglycemic episodes myself. I’m learning to listen to my body and make adjustments as opposed to trying to force a square peg to fit in a round hole. Carnivore has definitely helped me immensely and I’m figuring out how to tweak this way of eating to feel my best. Love all that you do for us Judy!!

Judy, you mentioned that you felt like you had hypoglycemia after eating a large OMAD. I would love to hear your explanation for this phenomenon, what could be the mechanism causing this hypoglycemia? I also experienced blurry vision and sleepiness after eating lots of protein in one sitting ( more with white lean fish). Thanks so much Judy!

I eat omad - fast 24/48h ketovore, i use downdays and up days: I make big bowl of iceberg leafs, 130g of sardines in olive oil, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes and 3 eggs. It sustains me so well, I’m so full till next day or I eat bacon or beer with side salad . I don’t overeat on protein, fats make me fuller for way longer .

I was listening to Dave Asprey about fasting. Some great information but still get frustrated with people who say if it isn't grass fed and grass finished, it isn't worth it. If I take that advice, I would do nothing. Feeding my family grass fed and finished is not an option for me nor is raw dairy. One because of price and the other because you cannot get raw dairy in Canada. We live in a very unstable world right now and prices have skyrocketed. I am happy to just get meat. As a nutritionist, would you say buying from a local butcher who sells local meat freshly butchered is better than doing nothing? By the way, I enjoy your videos especially the one on protein.
The difference between grasfinished meat and grain finished isn't that big of a difference. Go and look for Rob Wolf and Diana Rogers from sustainable dish. They did a whole lot of research about that. I would even prefer local over gras finished every day since I cat support my farmer/neighbor.

Process food addict here. I have gained and lost a lot of weight on keto, intermittent fasting, and long-term fasting. I realized that the fasting was only making it worse for me in the long run because I’m also I binge eater and absolutely couldn’t get off the sweet stuff. I decided to go on carnivore because it eliminated all of my drug foods. I hear that carnivore is not a weight loss diet but a healing diet but at the same time they say it’s the absence of carbs that contributes to weight loss. Carnivore is zero carb. I decided I needed to stay on the high fat side of carnivore with moderate protein. I do not eat 2lbs of meat because I was gaining weight. I’m never hungry and I am in ketosis. I’m not loosing any weight. I’m maintaining and have been for at least four months.I’m baffled. The only difference between what I’m doing now and what I did on keto is I ate vegetable and a lot of keto junk food. This is so much healthier. I’m not giving up. I thought maybe I’m not fat adapted yet? Any advice would be welcomed. I have 70lbs to loose. Also, I always loose a good chunk when I finally get back on track but have lost nothing this time and even gained.
Look into Ted Naiman's PE Diet. It's the ratio of grams of P (protein) to grams of E (energy = carbs plus fat grams). Ratio of 1:1 is for maintenance, greater than 1 is for fat loss. So target protein to 1g per pound body weight or 30% by calories.

What a great format! Love this. I think it's likely to be very encouraging/calming/freeing if we were each to list our experiences & learnings from our own meat-based lives. We would surely see both the consistencies & the variants, everyone could relax a bit & ultimately trust our own bodies & intuition~ deeper healing is bound to follow.
