I hope this talk brings hope and true encouragement for healing. If I can heal, YOU can heal. Thank you to my husband, Kevin, for sharing. It took him 3+ years to share this video, and I'm grateful he saw the importance of sharing our story and putting his camera-shyness secondary. Thank you for letting us share our story. HEALING IS POSSIBLE!
Judy, I wonder if you had parasites, bad bacteria (such as PANDAS = look up), bad virus or virus or maybe vitamin & Mineral defiency after carrying a child/childbirth during this time. Our govt pushes the "mental illness" propaganda over and over. But, infact lots of mental issues are from public or well water that has been contaminated with chemicals/virus/bacteria or when someone eats veggies, meat, fish etc that have worm eggs or other parasites. This all can throw off your hormone causes more havoc with thinking and your health. Dr Group (see his yt chan) believes 90% of US citizens have parasites. In the old days this was part of just routine health to do parasites cleanses twice a year and for doctors to diagnose patients with parasites when they were sick or had "mental issues". watch on net/yt "Monster within" or something like that name. This show will wake you up to the fact that parasites either worms, bacteria, virus, microparaistes etc can cause major "mental issues". But, it's not metal issues the patient is suffering from they are being caused by parasites that end up in the gut/body even the brain. I hope you look into all of this. It's very easy to pick up parasites everywhere. Even Candida overgrowth can cause brain/thinking issues too. Our gut & brain work together. 80% of your health is rooted in our gut flora. If our gut flora is not health then we are sick...if our gut flora is health we are literally happy & healhty. it sounds like your gut flora at this time was not healthy which caused you to have "mental issues". I believe that the vegan diet causes eating disorders because you are never satified with feeling full. so you keep grazing and you keep feeling like you are not full because the veggies get digested so quickly. So you start this constant eating cycle all day long. Over weeks and months this can get out of hand causeing a eating disorder. You are very brave to share this story. ❤You and your husband no doubt will help others who are suffering. ❤
Thanks for being BOLD, Judy and Kevin! I’ve read your book a few months ago when I discovered the Carnivore Diet and it was very well written! Thanks a million ❤❤❤
Kevin, on behalf of all 'crazy, sick and damaged' women who were left by their partners because it was all too hard for them, THANK YOU. Thank you for standing by Judy, thank you for seeing the beauty of Judy, and thank you for sharing your side so eloquently and calmly. You may dub yourself Judy's dream man, but you are simply a human caring for another human. How many of us wish the world had more of your ilk.... Love to you both, and those beautiful, lively, intelligent boys of yours.
I'm not too far in and I can already see why he's "Judy's dream man"...reaching out to family members for ideas to help, going to therapy, frustration with the behaviors and not the person...wow! seriously dreamy! Thank you to Kevin for sharing. Ok, going to watch to the end now.
Kevin should have his own RUclips channel, he has a real presence and is genuin and caring. Having a baby, a wife who has depression and surviving it is incredible.
I developed an eating disorder at age 14 and never got over it until carnivore at age 67. After 4.5 years dirty carnivore. No I know i can. Not. Cheat. Ever. The food in those anorexia inpatient programs perpetuates the eating disorders. I’m so glad you and your husband triumphed over this and now you are helping others.❤
Thanks to you both for sharing this. I was there! Hospitalized twice. The second time, I was 31 with 3 little girls, a single mom. My brain was so desperate for food - meat and fat - and I believe this drove the crazy binge behaviors. My brain was trying to survive. On keto, I was better, but I’d get into a cycle of cutting fat and protein and focusing on veg to try to lose more weight. Then, in that way of eating, essentially low fat keto which is all wrong, I’d binge again. But not like before keto. I binged on single ingredient foods. So that was progress. But the behaviors were persistent. I remember my 54th birthday, realizing that even after 4 decades of therapy and meetings and all of the attempts at recovery, maybe I’d never be free. I begged God to heal me completely. Carnivore took away all the food obsessions. Judy, your history encouraged to keep going, to give carnivore a shot. I’m grateful for you and that you’ve shared your history with us on your social media. I needed to relate to someone who’d been through it and had overcome. I am completely free. Thank you.
Wow, Judy... I had no idea how tough this truly was. I commend you and your dream guy Kevin for being so open. This kind of courageous vulnerability will help many, I have no doubt! Thank you both for sharing your experiences. I'm sure this was not easy. May the Lord continue to bless you and your family ❤️
WOW~ Cannot say enough, THIS is absolutely mind-bendingly honest & helpful. Seriously. 🎯🙌WELL DONE Cho Fam, & most especially Cho man, dang ~ that's a lot to put out there, which takes absolute strength & a willingness to be this transparent. 100% this work is incredibly important, invaluable even. So thrilled for everyone involved~ WooHoo for shared health & knowledge that heals in ways that nothing else can, to date. Love this so much you guys~ as a retired social worker who spent decades trying my best to help w/the populations in need of as-yet-unknown assistance, THIS is paramount. "Grateful" is right.
I didn't realize how bad it was for her before carnivore and how much her life improved afterwards. Her husband stuck with her in the bad times - good for him - some spouses wouldn't have.
i hope my mom would listen to this. idk how long but for the past years, she eliminated meat in her diet. she only eat few cans of tuna and fish as her only source of protein and more on bread, carbs and juices. she developed a thyroid problem and the dr in my opinion misdiagnosed her. the dr advised her to do hysterectomy and she agreed given in due time, shed eventually undergo menopausal so why not just do the procedure now. however, when i think of it, i guess she wouldnt have the need to experience that massive amount of stress if shed naturally let her body bring about the process of menopause. it wouldnt have been that intense and chaotic. if she didnt experience the thyroid problem due to diet, she wouldnt have gone to the dr and have premature hysterectomy. whats adding more to her health problem is shes vehemently avoiding sun exposure which ought to give vit D because in our country, a white skin is preferable, coupled with elimination of protein and now shes full of angst and nervousness. she wouldnt listen to advices of eating meat because shes believe meat grows cancer
You and your husband are such a blessing for so many! Many tears shed watching this video. Praying healing over me and my family as we navigate this path together. Thank you a million times over. 🫶🏼
This is what truly separates you from a lot of others within this community. I appreciate both your courage in doing this and am grateful that I've had the opportunity to work with you. The message you spread is of utmost importance and it helps me not only with my healing, but to also spread it within the work that I do
God bless you for opening up about this, people don't understand how addictive an eating disorder is. My daughter is a nurse and she was the first to address this, having grown up with me, that it isn't a "choice", it is an overpowering impulse, like a drug addiction, or like cigarette smoking. You are very much a lighthouse to those of us who have "been there". Thank you.
Thank you. Eating disorders are debilitating (as are all addictions), and we need to shed light so there is no more darkness. We as people turn to addictions for numbing and comfort, until it becomes our disability. The more we shed light, the more we can heal our communities-- and sometimes we just need to borrow light from others.
What a testimony! Thanks. I came to know Judy for her sober, well versed biochemical presentations in nutrition that make so much sense. Kevin is just as presentable and you are blessed to have him by your side. God bless! Keep up the good work.
This made me cry because it reminds me so much of myself… starved myself on a vegan and even raw vegan diet for 8 years 😢 I think many - especially women - deal with this
Thank you both so much for the courage in sharing your so very difficult journey with your followers. I’m using my granddaughter’s account and as a 75 year old functioning messed up person I’ve also experienced positive changes on primarily meat based. Averaging less than ten carbs a day and working on being carb free. Again, thank you for being so brave. And yes, you have a real keeper in that man of yours. My wife of a quarter of a century is and will always be fifteen years younger than me. She’s on her health journey as well. I’m trying to be the example I never had to encourage her to be a real carnivore. Already I see the changes in her emotional issues with every meat meal she eats. Your journey shared is so very encouraging. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you. ❤ I'm sure you have SO many incredible life lessons I could learn from!! Healing isn't always linear but the words you use show me you're fighting for better-- and that's what really counts. Take it day by day. I had days of being a mess but those days over the years became less and less. But fight each day and have grace on days when it's not as ideal. Thank you to you and your wife for fighting for better! Keep going!
My appreciation for this woman, for this humble soul only grows, day by day. Her aura shines bright, so radiant that you feel you can too, renew your strength if you feel like there is no hope. ✨✨And she is sharing, unselfishly, egoless. I haven't been in similar to her waters, but like many of us, I've been to other deep places and I know that being courageous and faithful in these moments is a blessing. It's a choice we can make, at that moment, but not many chose so. It's easier to blame and doubt. I'm grateful for your opportunity, Judy, to have such an understanding being next to you. Not many of us have a community with this much support, non-judgmental, and most of all, a loving heart. It's a true blessing because, in the hardest moments, people show their actual soul face. I hope that people watching not only learn the power of the right nutrition for the right body, mind, and soul function but also the power of the right, nutritious community around you. Never underestimate that! Thank you for sharing your blessings with us, it landed and is appreciated🙏🏻 May you flourish, lady🌷
Amazing. Thank you for sharing. It's hard to believe that lack of nutrition could damage the brain so much, and then eating carnivore could make such a huge difference, but I know the difference it's made for me and how much better I feel being Keto-carnivor. I was having trouble with brain fog before I started this diet. I'd go from practically starving myself trying to loose weight, to binging on a family sized bag of popcorn and lots of fruit, some vegetables but still be low energy, so eat some candy for a burst of energy. My eating felt out of my control most of the time or under deprivation, and I kept gaining weight... I almost can't believe I'm the same person now and I'm not even that far down the road from then. Thank you for your encouraging videos and all the good info that are helping us everyday. I'm down 25 lbs. Weighing in at 195 at 5'-3". My skins cleared up, skin tags fell off, and my hair is getting thicker. I still have balding areas, but not loosing hair like I used to and it's fun when I get patches of baby hairs growing back.
All the great comments on this video are a testimony to how healing this video must have been to your viewers especially given this time of year when many people are particularly depressed. Next year, I hope you and Kevin might do a similar video giving us some insight about the religious faith you seem to share. Again, good job!
Thank you for sharing your experience with such clarity and purpose. You have touched many lives, including mine. It's not always easy to stay focused and intentional, eating contrary to popular culture, but your research and rational presentations helps me immensely. You're both a class act and I'm very thankful for you.
What I like in Judy's conversations is that she knows how to get to the point by asking the best appropriate questions . thank you nice souls for this story share. I want just to know what to do with weight loss on the carnivore diet cause I became under weight doing this diet 4 months.thank you so much.
I would like to suggest that you add in some heavy cream, and maybe some cheese as well, as for some reason dairy products, designed by God to make a baby cow grow, have some appetite-boosting and growth-promoting features. Also stop limiting your "eating window", since that can tend to "shrink your stomach", making it harder to consume sufficient food, whereas three or four smaller meals can also help with weight gain by triggering an insulin reaction. Good ;luck!
Thank you. Make sure you eat enough. Track your "eating" for about a week and have an idea of how much you are supposed to eat. Then on most days, try to eat that much so you are not undereating. Calories still matter and excess nutrition will help keep the weight on.
*I love that you said "we can strive for more"~ absolutely & always. Also that you said "there will be days that are not perfect, that we are human"~ twice👍It really is that true. Nice.🎈🤸
🥰This was so sweet that I’m watching after listening to the podcast while do chores around the house.🥰So inspiring. Why is it so hard for us to believe or understand that severe nutritional deficiencies can cause so much harm to us? Most people wouldn’t feed their pets any of the junk we feed ourselves!🤔
This was great! Kevin, thanks for doing this, you did a great job. Judy is so fortunate to have you in her life. And Judy, thanks for shining a spotlight on your experience - it is not a comfortable thing to do, but I am positive you can help out many more by doing this.
Oh my I can’t even say how helpful this is for so many who suffer from depression and eating disorders. I myself suffered from an eating disorder for over 10 years in my 20s and early 30s I went to overeaters anonymous for about five years it did help but I left and was doing my own thing and I had stopped purging. I have not purged in 20 yrs but I suffer from depression and just started the high fat carnivore Keto diet and it’s great
Quite a story, thanks for sharing. I too have had a healing journey through nutrition though mine began with intermittent fasting, low/no carbs. I am now considering IF but with a carnivore diet as the eating phase. I think it will be a perfect combination. I have tried it a bit and had positive results. So now it is to plan how to incorporate into my life, because after all it is largely a lifestyle change that is the difficult part. For those of you suffering from various physical or mental issues, address your lifestyle issues as they relate to your diet. You will not get this type of information from institutional or government sources. The first step is the hardest part. Just take it and soon you will never look back but forward with positivity. I am happy to have discovered this website with its strong positive message and very informative content.
@@never2hard2startfresh Thank you, but fasting is my base, my core. My diet must fit around fasting and autophagy. The experimentation with a carnivore diet suggests it will be a good fit. Most of the positive effects others have experienced with a carnivore diet I have experienced with IF. There is no need to make accommodation of fasting for diet, as far as I know.
Thank you so much for your transparency and honesty. I am so moved and happy for you Judy, Kevin and the boys. Thank you for all your great support and inspiration. ❤
You’re such a lovely couple and thank you for sharing. I’m still struggling to stay carnivore for 1.5 years now. I binge without the purge. The outtakes were hilarious 😂
Thank you both for such an inspiring story and your encouragement. I enjoyed your book and learning so much from you. I started the Conivoir diet in December 2023 for my hypothyroidism issues but then was diagnosed with breast cancer soon after this February. It is the beginning of my healing journey. I am grateful for the community and hope to be completely healed soon. Thank you.
Much appreciate the candor abd sincerity of this video. Thank you for all you share in this space. Very nice to meet Kevin. My carnivore journey started about 2 years ago as an elimination diet due to lifelong eczema. I'm 70. I feel better now than I have in years. The eczema is 80% better, a great improvement from where I was. Still a work in progress. I never liked green things. Loved meat, and still do.
Thank you so much for this video! I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression over 20 years ago. I have been on and off medication since then and just started the carnivore diet about 1 month ago after being on keto for a while. Love hearing about your healing and hoping to get there myself. God bless you and your family ❤
Wow, this video was such a revelation! I never knew all this about you, Judy, and I'm so grateful to you for sharing. I think of you as the most level-headed person on youtube, and you ARE. That you could come back from all that through the power of good nutrition is amazing. It makes me think of all the "crazy" people I know. What would they be like if they were properly nourished? There's so much lost potential in so many lives right now.
I'm shocked that you were willing to share this with us. Eating disorders are hard to understand by the sick person in addition to others. Congratulations on your recovery!
I needed to hear this in order to jump into this life style. I’ve been skeptical for very long, I tried it months ago but I got sick. I’ll dig more into this
Love it. So vulnerable and relatable. Thank you for sharing this. Thanks for stepping up, Kevin and being on camera. My husband is mostly supportive, but misses the old “foodie” me who loved to cook and eat. And I do not. I am enjoying eating to live. And healing. And I do t feel like he fully understands this.
An extraordinary healing journey video!... it has to be extremely rewarding to share this journey and see that it has helped and is helping others to heal... I will be praying for your journey and sharing experience successes to extend into 2023 and beyond.
Wow, this is a beautiful interview. Amazing to find a partner who truly stuck to his vows. Kudos to you both for your strength and commitment and all your efforts in changing the world!
Judy...I could tell in the first video I watched of you speaking...I knew immediately, by how you did that interview, that you had been thru a lot in the past...you have a love and patience that only comes thru suffering. So grateful for your positive changes and good heath now. God bless you
I am extremely impressed and grateful for you sharing your struggles. Very brave of you both sharing. I'm half Filipino and definitely understand the whole "not sharing weakness" thing. I've watched a couple of your videos but this video definitely made me want to subscribe. I'm currently in my 3 week as a Carnivore and have lost 15 pounds and feel great.
Thank you for being transparent - sharing your dark journey into healing, and into the light. Thank you Lord Jesus for your wisdom, and for your healing power! Millions (& millions) of people are suffering in the West -and Asia from the mantra of following "a balanced diet in moderation". I've sent your 'how to' podcasts to my sick friends; they think im crazy-whatever, lol.. But I've done the research. I've been healed also- 1st with keto, and now carnivore lite, and i continue to heal, the more i eliminate veges/cheese etc...
Wow ! That is a really vulnerable share and I really felt your struggle. Thank you for your work I share your video's all the time your 1 of 4 or 5 people who we follow daily. I really appreciate your always so authentic and I think that's so important!
Thank you both for sharing this! I am sure that this video is going to reach someone who is looking for a way out of severe illnesses. Thank you Kevin , it’s nice to meet you !
This was so beneficial, makes me think of how bipolar people must feel...back in 2012 or so I told my Doc that I was up all night and slept all day just so that I wasn't interacting with my husband, too much stress also that I wanted to get off all pain meds, and meds for side effects related to other meds. It was like I was in a coma and like you I just woke up, however I was eating the SAD and I believe it was the carbs and addiction to sugar for me. I have not met my goal of keto or carnivore due to stress and no family support, but I am still watching videos like yours to keep moving in the positive direction. The Docs here do not support the keto lifestyle so I am what they say non-compliant, which doesn't help my sanity. Thanks so much to you and your husband.
WOW! Thank you for your vulnerability! What a journey! My story is one of binge eating and drinking! Just finishing up another binge😢 I have not found a way to stay on the hill once I conquer it. The addiction cycle keeps me in an all or nothing mentality…so one more time I’m at the bottom knowing I have to make the climb. I know how good it feels to be there, but have not found the key to keep me there🥴 Good work with all you are doing! You are making a difference❤
Start by loving yourself, no matter what, I am recovering from 6 decades of bulimia using carnivore, I wouldn't have thought it was possible, but it is. Don't hate yourself for being "at the bottom", you are learning how to unconditionally love yourself and your life, and that is the most important step of all. Forgive that "binge". It doesn't magically fix itself, but the different food choices make the rest so much easier.
I am a sugar addict and I could not put it down, and carnivore allowed me to not have cravings and to not cycle in and out of sugar addiction. It isn’t gone but it is manageable.
Praying. Therapy. My Husband. Fighting for each day, even though it was HARD was how I slowly inched up to the top. Take it day by day, meal by meal. Some days it won't be easy but have grace and figure out what triggered the binge. Knowing these things is critical for healing. I'll lift you up in prayer, Kelly. ❤
I can’t thank you enough for this. When you make short videos that help people to understand that they aren’t alone and hope is still a real option it is just priceless.
Excellent episode, Judy. Thanks to you and thanks to Kevin for sharing. This isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle. Everyday is a day on the journey. You got this! and we got this! Thank you for the motivation!
Thank you so much guys for sharing this, almost tear up, Judy isnt just a great nutricionist, shes like the best mom, everything research about wellness👏👏👏
You are so courageous for sharing this Judy, your husband is your rock , a hero. I cried listening to your story. I am so proud of you Judy, keep having faith and follow your voice 🙏🏻❤
Thank you for sharing your story and experience. I also suffered from depression and anxiety throughout my life. I have been eating carnivore for close to 3 months and I feel so much better mentally. If I am ever really anxious I eat some fatty steak or some butter and it really helps. Sugar was hard to get off, but I can't believe how much better I feel. Mental health is so important and at least for me eating a lot more meat has made a huge difference. I never really liked meat before and had been plant based vegan for 7 years, but now steak is my go to and I love it. Also, as someone who suffered from IBS my digestion is now superb. Thank you so much again to both of you 🥰
Wow thank you both for sharing your journey and how it affected your life/relationship. This was so vulnerable and powerful. You are an amazing couple and together you have and will be saving lives. This seems to be your true calling 🙏

Wow I would never have thought you had an eating disorder. Thank u for being transparent.
you two are very brave to not only record this but to put it out to the universe publicly. I admire you for that.

Thank you for sharing your blessings with us, it landed and is appreciated🙏🏻
May you flourish, lady🌷
Thank you Kevin for sharing, Looking forward to seeing you here again.
Thank you both for expressing your vulnerabilities and sharing openly. Many blessings to you and your family. 💓
Wow! What a testament to your healing and values. Great team work. Thanks for being so open and so generously sharing your journey.
Thank you. I hope we can all heal and make the world a better place. ❤
Amazing story
Nice.🎈🤸
This made me cry, to hear how Kevin stood by Judy. So great to see both of them happy now!
We'd like to hear more about Kevin's healing story. It's great he decided to step up.
Thanks!
@@NutritionwithJudy will do tomorrow on the email. Thank you very much. Very pleasant surprise. 😁
I have not purged in 20 yrs but I suffer from depression and just started the high fat carnivore Keto diet and it’s great
Thank you Kevin & Judy💞🙏!!!
This interview was STELLAR😊💞🙏 Thanks for all your content!
❤❤ Thank you for taking the time to watch!!
You might want to lighten up on the IF when switching to carnivore, for the adaptation phase at least. Good luck!
YES! I'd like this many times if I could!! One step at a time. Doesn't have to be perfect, just needs to be a step. ❤❤
God bless this wonderful husband, Kevin, and you, Judy, for your honesty. This is really valuable encouragement.
Thank you.
Thank you both for opening your hearts and sharing your story. I listen to all your podcasts because you are awesome.
What an amazing husband. Such commitment and care. Wow. Good for you, Judy.
Amazing story!! Thank you for sharing!!
Thank you so much for this video! I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression over 20 years ago. I have been on and off medication since then and just started the carnivore diet about 1 month ago after being on keto for a while. Love hearing about your healing and hoping to get there myself. God bless you and your family ❤
Thank you both for sharing 💖
Thank you so much for sharing your healing journey! What a blessing you are!
Thanks for sharing your healing journey! I hope others with eating disorders and depression listen to this video and believe they to can heal!
Absolutely favorable testimony with Judy and husband. Solid foundation of love, commitment. Stay Faithful. (very re-tired 82 yr nurse)
Good on him for staying in your life and taking the bad days with the good ones !
Thanks for all your vids and all the best for 2023
I'm shocked that you were willing to share this with us. Eating disorders are hard to understand by the sick person in addition to others. Congratulations on your recovery!
Thank God for a good husband! He hung in there and you health was healed. I’m so happy for your family.
I am so so so touched by your story … you are so humble for sharing :) praise God he’s given you a gift … and now you’re healing so many others:) ❤🎉
Thank you Chris! I hope I can help serve others to heal too! ❤
Beautiful so honest, deep conversation xoxo
Wow, this is a beautiful interview. Amazing to find a partner who truly stuck to his vows. Kudos to you both for your strength and commitment and all your efforts in changing the world!
Awww. Thank you Keving for showing up and sharing. This was so good.
It’s really touching to learn about your story. A heartfelt thank you for helping more people to heal ❤❤
I am tearing and feeling so touched and blessed that you both would share all this. Thank you Judy. I am so thankful that you are healed!
This is powerful - thank you for the courage to be vulnerable and share something so personal so that others can truly see what is possible.
Thank your family for continuing to help us all.
Wow ! That is a really vulnerable share and I really felt your struggle. Thank you for your work I share your video's all the time your 1 of 4 or 5 people who we follow daily. I really appreciate your always so authentic and I think that's so important!
Thank you for your honesty , it's so encouraging to us all ! We ALL can heal 🙏
Amazing. Judy I think you're honestly one of the most likable people on RUclips.
Thank you both for sharing this! I am sure that this video is going to reach someone who is looking for a way out of severe illnesses. Thank you Kevin , it’s nice to meet you !
What an incredibly honest post... thanks for sharing! There is #HOPE
Just FYI, tomorrow is World Bipolar Day. Also National Doctors’ Day in the 🇺🇸 USA. So much to celebrate!🤗
great talk and i agree, carnivore heals on so many levels and it effects life all areas. brave talk and lovely couple that never gave up!
@@NutritionwithJudy thank you for your prayer❤️
Thank you both for telling your story. It has a very good ending and Judy, you have a lovely husband.
I can’t thank you enough for this. When you make short videos that help people to understand that they aren’t alone and hope is still a real option it is just priceless.
Thanks so much for sharing what you have been through. I really enjoyed hearing from Kevin. Blessings to both of you!
Thank you so much for sharing you guys personal journey. I'm sure this will inspire many people who are in need. Keep up the good work Judy! 👍
This was amazing! Fantastic history of love... You guys made it through. Thank you for sharing! This will help many people for sure! God Bless!
Oh my word. The most amazing video ever. God Bless you both. I can see your heart to help others now.
Loved seeing the two of you together! Very inspiring ❤
Excellent episode, Judy. Thanks to you and thanks to Kevin for sharing. This isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle. Everyday is a day on the journey. You got this! and we got this! Thank you for the motivation!
Thank you so much for sharing with us!
Great conversation - did not know you were so sick at one time Judy! His reward is you today!
So proud of you, Judy, and all the goodness of God in your life🥰

Beautiful couple! Beautifully loving story.
Tears.
Tears of joy for your healing together as a couple.
Thanks for doing this. It will help so many!!
Thank you so much again to both of you 🥰
God bless you guys more @nutrition with Judy
Thank you! What a helpful video. Much appreciated 🙏❤️
So wonderful to see this. Your husbands support is amazing. You are both blessed to have each other.
Wow thank you both for sharing your journey and how it affected your life/relationship. This was so vulnerable and powerful. You are an amazing couple and together you have and will be saving lives. This seems to be your true calling 🙏
Thank you both. This was very helpful and I liked the way Judy did it in an interview format which made it easier for Kevin.
Thank you, Judy & Kevin! You give me HOPE with your encouragement - and hope is ESSENTIAL! XOXO - M
This is your best video to be honest!
