6:46 why do you not walljump in this part? btw you can "tech" when a metroid knocks you far back (when you end up on the floor for a bit) if you press A before touching the ground, like in smash. you avoid the long stun and save more time that way

I think zero and fusion are better, but this game is right up there with them in terms of if I'm playing through the entire Metroid Quadriology proper. Definitely better then Samus Returns
AM2R is definitely great (beats the official M2 remake), but I don't know if it's necessarily "better" than ZM and Fusion. I loved all 3. But the official M2 remake wasn't quite there. I don't know why that is.
I know between the Golden Temple and the Hydro plant people keep using the bombs to elevate Samus to get a missile pack in this room but I can't seem to get the timing down. How did you manage that?
You mean when I charge? You need to jump, while holding down and release the fully charged charge. I just time placings. You place one bomb where it explodes, and another when you reach the highest point, and repeat. There's also an other, easier way, where you place the bombs close to each others, but its obviously slower.
Bro this dude is going to give me fusion mode in my previous save file I had 97% I needed three more items one more energy tank one more missile tank and one more super missile tank I managed to find a super missile tank in one of the videos but this dude these dude found me a energy tank and a missile tank. thank you so much

I didn't walljump that time, it was inconsistent to me. I learned these strats in later runs.

How do you the transition from Speed Booster to Morph Ball? (and still retain the Booster) I tried doing that (in the air), but the booster canceled.
Its a timing thing. Once you jump with speed booster, use auto-morph button when you're about to fall on the ground, to still retain the boost.
