samus88 When you discharge a Charge shot at close range, it deals bonus damage, somewhere around x1.5 to x2 more damage. You'll also see a "slashing" or "wave" animation from cannon when this goes off. It's hard to see at this point due to BioSpark constantly positioning himself for the next shot. In addition, some enemies have a extended hitbox, when hit diagonally. This is why he's shooting SA-X's first and second forms from the top-left.

Metroid Fusion:Easter Egg Version English
Computer:Samus, I´m impressed that you
were able to make it back.
Computer:That trick with the Shinespark
was very...ingenious.
Man Mysterioso:That´s our Samus Aran!
Magnificient! Truly magnificent!
Man Mysterioso:As a reward, let´s fill her in on
our plan. Hmm, computer?
Computer:That is...not advisable.
Man Mysterioso:Bah...
Computer:No more joking.
Samus, get back on task.
Computer:Is your objective clear?
yes no
Computer:I wonder how many players will
see this message...?
NicolasPower01 i know this is a year old lol. But i remember getting it lol. And i clicked no lol
7 for me lol
Yes
I can't stop giggling every time you make Samus faff about at ultra sonic speeds while waiting for bosses to finish their animations
Wtf, I usually spend 15-20 minutes on the speed booster boss, and this guy does it in 10 seconds!
Missle spam point blank. Add in a little shot per frame and you have yourself a dead boss in seconds
Stay on the top and use charge beam rlly useful
SHADOMEGA7569 Not even that. Firing a charge shot point blank does massive damage indicated by a slash effect.
When you are in the lower platform jump to the grab point and wait for when he is vulnerable and use the point blank charge beam and go either up or down, repeat until he dies or the heat death of the universe happens
Jesus... missiled the shit out of everything. Yakuza died in 15 or so seconds. Nightmare got absolutely wrecked, Ridley barely got to stand up and fly... Pretty much anything was buttfucked by 2000 missiles.
Conclusion: Like everyone, I have officially shit my pants because of this run. Biospark, you have truly earned the title for this video... The Perfect Run.
It was TAS though.
+Mr.Framzies you act like tas is easy to do
Have you seen his non-TAS? He's still boss.
Oh yeah. I saw him race 3 other players on Games Done Quick. Spoilers, he makes a doo doo at nightmare which costs him the win, even though he catches up really fast.
Mr Liberty I saw that, too.
9:30 this scene has given me chills all my life but after watching that first boss just evaporate, it feels completely non-threatening. Like Samus is the real abomination.
Even better if you make the SA-X look like an idiot by opening the door before you go down the elevator. It just explodes the already open door. Guess it just has a thing against them.
The sa-x does not know what it is messing with.
I found the actions you did before every navigation room already entertaining enough. The rest of the run left me speechless
30:44 more brutal than the SA-X or anything else on the ship.
Adamz678 Try 1:09:15
@@AngryProtoBoi never made it that far in the video, the security bot literally got its brains fucked outta it.
40:07
There isn't enough cheesy slang in the entire 1990s to express how impressed I am at that climb.
I like the way u copy his movement when the SA-x was shooting the metroid
his?
Scootic Rowlann its?
tits?
shits?
bitches?
Hahaha 19:18 I love seeing that kinda stuff in TAS :D awesome run mate
It's funny how Samus gets a seizure whenever it has to wait for something.
Lukaerd the amazing wonders of caffeine-indicated adhd! :D
*_"it"_* is so rightfully used here.

That reply is perfection with your pfp.
This is my favourite TAS simply due to Samus’ sheer sass at every point through the run. Thanks for making something extra at every opportunity!
1:01:45 Samus: *sees the Nightmare emerging from the ground*
Also Samus: *haha big dance go woop woop*
This entire Speerun is like an episode from TerminalMontage just wait until he sees THIS Speedrunner Samus Jesus Christ
1:10:20 TAS SAX.... :D
More like sax heheheh
FITIM ABAZI i am good at puns more like pun-isher hehehe

As someone who had never watched a TAS of this series before, I'm pretty damn impressed. Amazing run!
1:12:53
"Oh heya Sammy, it's m--hey, why ya shootin'? Stahp it, Sammy! Is this about the time I was a furby and made you feel like a baby? Hey! Stahp! Aaaaah! AAAAAAAAAAAHHH!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!"
Ridley fight takes about 18 seconds. BACKSLASH!
Fantastic job.
I've watched nearly all of your runs of this game ever, and it astonishes me that you can keep getting better and better from what I would have called perfection.
I am 10 years late, and you probably know by now but a TAS is a set of specific movements, so not a human, but you might be referring to the improvement of the TAS so who knows. Anyways good day to you.
Samus: finally. A break from exterminating metroids.
Federation : Hey samus we got a new troub-
Samus: yes
One of the most classic RUclips videos for me
Liked the fact that TAS just joins in with SA-X trying to shoot the metroids
Every time I go back through PYR, I hear a certain naked AI yelling in my mind, "We have six minutes until the fusion drive detonates. We need to evac NOW!"
"Fusion" drives? Six minutes? I smell something fishy.....
Cortana?
Seeing SA-X for the first time be like:
"Hey look another samus i wond....(face close up) RUN BITCH RUN"
Really enjoyed watching this run. You know how to keep your runs entertaining without sacrificing efficiency. Your single wall climbs are ridiculously good, and I highly enjoyed seeing more of the early expansions. It's still a damn shame that this game can't be properly sequence broken.
i honestly really wanna see a post-fusion metroid game. with the fusion suit theres a whole lot of new possibilities
EDIT: HOLY SHIT IVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO BE WRONG IN MY LIFE!!!
Well, about that.
@@StandardsandPractices ive never been happier to be wrong
Welcome to Metroid Dread, folks. The game to where you can finally refer to Samus as Metroid and be right for once.
@@bramnemeth565 true!
@@bramnemeth565 technically it was the case since this game what with her absorbing X parasites
I don't understand why the SAX dies so quickly. I recall having to shoot it several fullycharged beams to turn it into a monster.
***** That's not an answer. I think I only saw him shoot 3 fully charged beams at the SAX. But I'm pretty sure it took a lot more than that.Someone care to explain the trick?
samus88 well the ending boss did nearly kill samus in 1 hit, and it took samus like 500 shots to make sax run. and sax is a exact copy of samus. idk
Quinn Nijhuis Troll.
samus88 When you discharge a Charge shot at close range, it deals bonus damage, somewhere around x1.5 to x2 more damage. You'll also see a "slashing" or "wave" animation from cannon when this goes off. It's hard to see at this point due to BioSpark constantly positioning himself for the next shot. In addition, some enemies have a extended hitbox, when hit diagonally. This is why he's shooting SA-X's first and second forms from the top-left.
samus88 The plasma and wave beam does damage per frame that it's in the enemy.
lol, that beam spamming right after the omega metroid was HILARIOUS
Took about 2 seconds.
1440p ? For a GBA game ?
Shizune Hakamichi And easily fixed.
1:33:46 Samus on steroids
Haha, Ikr :)
+TheBlue10 haha 1 year later XD
TheBlue10 totally ;)
*on metroids
Poor omega metroid, getting choked with a ice rope made of projectiles from an unstopabble hunter
Holy shit to this day in 2020 Metroid speed runs are still cool, and man this guy is good. Like fusion on steroids.

Enough to start up a crime ring.
A Yakuza, if you will.
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
He just dealt so much damage at once that the boss skipped phase 2 (when the spider drop its legs and start spinning midair)
Mario G Hernandez Samus, calm down, Yakuza isn’t even on the screen!
Atlantis Stuart And left glitchy sprites
Finally, Metroid Dread has been announced!
I like the implication that this entire adventure takes place in less than an hour from Samus' perspective.
"Samus, hurry! You must-"
Samus: lol ok
"- get to - wait, are you already done?"
Samus: ye gg ez wat next
Man, I just gotta ask, was all that movement flexing really necessary? XDD
EDIT: Wow, people these days tryna take the fun out of having fun... -_-
You gotta think that they were playing a super slowed down version of the game to get frame perfect inputs. So all the waits were like ~4 times longer
@@misterturkturkle While I do get your point, I also wasn't actually being serious. Honestly, I found it kinda funny (in case the XDD at the end wasn't clear enough). That question was just something I had to get out of my system.

Watching every Metroid game in order to get ready for Dread
Nice
The Onephase of Aracnit shows how crazy accurate bots can be. And i love it. Even its impossible for a human to achive :)
TAS runs are weird...
***** No they're not! They're orgasmic! I jizzed my pants multiple times when I watch this.
Why because of the absurdly insane stuff in it, or the amount of time it actually takes to do the run anyway?
0 Wow imagine the first time a girl touches your shmeat if that ever happens
Sonic TAS runs are even weirdier
Canal de Juegos del Tuailait 2d or 3d games???
