Hi joe nice to see your buddy with you. first house ranch always like a ranch one floor specially, for amateur couple always easier on the knees and having to take stairs. But I like you & Brummy, I like a open space concept. 2nd house great! as for open concept. 3 home beautiful "dressing room" in the closet joe in super closet, nice! guesthouse modest, you know your guest wont stay too long heheh...really nice, use of materials that will be classic always in style. nice trail...Thank you! ❤

    🎉🎉🎉 HAPPY SATURDAY 😊
I agree with Braumy on the first home, he pretty much summed up everything that I was thinking.
#2 OH MY GOSH! This house has a wonderful feeling about it. And the backyard landscaping is beautiful. Almost feels like the San Ysidro Ranch 😊. I wish that you could have finished the entire walk trough.
#3 I’m definitely not a fan of dark floors, loved the vaulted ceiling’s 😊. The kitchen was just right and I liked how it opened up to that open room so you don’t lose sight of your guests. Being that this is in Santa Barbara I would think that that first outside area would have been set up for dinning alfresco. That 2 bedroom above the garage was nice(actually I could live in that space alone and rent out the big house, but I’m just curious 🧐, What would be the potential for rent there?
Thank you Joe and Braumy for a beautiful tour today.
As far as prices go???? Well I just can’t get these numbers into my head. But I’m still playing the lottery and hoping for the best.
    Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸

I enjoy your tours. Have you ever done a video tour of 7200 Casitas Pass Rd? If you have, can you please send me the link. Thanks.

No I do not recall touring that property, but will keep an eye out for an opportunity to go through it and be sure to put it on my list.

Do they have a shared drive? You mentioned construction was going on next door...was it at that property? If so, what are they doing (reno or spec)?

This may seem an odd question….did you go to Cleveland Elementary School back in the early 80’s? Just came home from work (London uk) and found son watching videos about SB….the. Saw your name as the creator. If so, I went to school with you…English kid.

Yes, that’s me. Home of the pumas is back then. That’s so cool that your son found the channel. There’s ever anything I can do for you. Don’t hesitate to reach out.

Lots of fun with the weather…I think that I will focus on Palm Springs. If I want any adverse weather, I can stay in Canada.

Yeah it’s been mid to upper 60s for a bit. There is sunshine over the mountains. Fall and winter are our money months. And when your frying in the desert for a length of time, 68 and overcast starts to look pretty nice.
