    First one - put in a recreational pond in the front yard - waterfall covers the road noise and the pond can be used for exercise as well as the natural ecosystem.

    All three houses seemed overpriced for what you get. The first two houses needed a little updating however at the amount asking, I would expect them to be already updated and perfect. The second one had an old Hollywood easy to live in feel. l toured the last house last Sunday. It seemed off and could not put my finger on why. Maybe seeing it on a sunny day would make it more appealing. I love your videos and hearing what you think after each tour.

      I can see that with these ones. That last house needs some warmth it was a little sterol.

      i'm a Zero as far as $cash$ but still enjoy these tours. watch every week. been to SB 4 times, stayed overnight on two of those trips, just spent a few hours the other two. two time fog-gloom, two times absolutely fantastic warm sun and clear clean air. it's hard to describe the positive feeling i get every time. a calm happy mellow feeling. don't want to leave. guess that's why i watch. first time commenting, as that 2nd house lit me up! you walk in and then to the Right through the see-through door(s) is the primary. Easy living is what popped into my head too. i could see myself there. pricewise it is over 5 times more than in a good neighborhood in my area - 35 minutes S-SE of downtown Seattle - and maybe 2 to 2 1/2 times more $$ than in the absolute elite areas - neighborhoods in Seattle and environs. so i went out Saturday afternoon and bought a lottery ticket. oh well, i can dream ☺

    Lovely cottage. How did it do in the debris flow of 5 years ago? A creek used to be a plus, but now, not so sure.

      I think it did just fine. Maybe a little bit of cleanup, but it survived.

    Joe, first house needs little up grade, Bromy sp? is right if 1/8 over 1/2 double pane window would cut the noise down to zero inside. But like you even if no neighbors, secluded in the backyard, lotta potential with some TLC put in you still hear the noise. Even the little creek in fountain does not cut the noise and you couldn't enjoy the front area even though that wall is there because you still are getting the traffic noise. For me the one floor still what I appreciate (like ranch style) that I always liked, for me the noise is a factor to consider. Joe, I have a question for you I was looking (I like looking at houses where I'm at) there was a house for sale by a Brookshire, Hathaway real estate, and I told the Gal that I wanted just to take a look and really compare to other houses in the area made by the same construction company, when you're there in person, it just makes a whole lot of difference, because of the price point was over 1 million compared to the homes you showed that's nothing, they wanted me to handover a bank statement first to see if I would qualify for purchase and I told her I wouldn't have a mortgage, most likely a all cash deal, they insisted a bank statement showing I had the funds. I didn't even made an offer or see it yet, I was quite insulted. Is this a practice of Berkshire Hathaway? Could you enlighten me? 2nd house cute cozy home small great for two. I liked it, for the price? I'd want to see others to compare. Definitely right now is a buyers market.3rd Love the Mediterranean roof thickness of the white walls, single level wow! love the wide lpanks floors, pool Cabana too, Each room having its own bathroom is a luxury. I loved it. The price is a little stiff but close to shops great area loved the wood and all the choices of material in the house. Great job.❤ Thanks Joe!

      He spells it Bromi 😊 as for the question you had, often times certain listings are only showed to pre-qualified buyers who have verified their qualification. It’s not a rule at Berkshire Hathaway, but it’s kind of a case by case listing by listing situation. It could also be to cut down on show to less serious buyers, it will become more and more than normal as things change the way real estate transact according to the new law on how buyers agents interact with potential real estate purchasers

    🎉🎉🎉 8:48 It was nice to start with a house that Definitely felt like a home 🏡. I always get so jealous when I see all the beautiful landscaping that is just not possible here in Paso Robles. I could live here.
    16:25 there was not much description because there was not much to describe😂
    Just seemed a little small all around.
    30:25 this one definitely has a lot of wow factors. I Love How each bathroom has a completely different Design from the others. I just don’t know how I feel about no “Floor boards” , I’ve seen lots of homes like this and I’ve always felt like something was missing.
    Absolutely love,love,love the courtyard style 💥❗️
    Perfect outdoor dining area, Nice big rooms and the ADU was definitely a great place.
    Very very nice home 🏡.
    Thank you so much guys for a wonderful tour of homes.
    I really did Love the last home, But i believe that for the price…. I would rather get a nice home in Samarkand-Carpenteria area.
    Now get back to work and start writing up some contracts 😂😊.
    Until next Saturday… Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸

    The third one is beautiful. No need to do anything.
    However, with this price tag and no ocean view?

    • @joesbparker
      @joesbparker  18 дней назад +1

      An ocean view would be the cherry on top.

    Do you think the second home was a guest house or employee housing for one of the larger properties nearby at one point?

    • @joesbparker
      @joesbparker  18 дней назад +1

      Possibly, but I think it was just a smaller house originally maybe for people that worked for the larger homes.
