    I’m watching this for the second time because I wasn’t really feeling anything from any of them.
    So I’ll go from the beginning and making comments after each home.

    The grounds / Landscaping is so beautiful 🤩❗️ I like that it isn’t like some of the other homes that are just way too big to make it feel any warmth. Smaller rooms but felt very homelike. I could see myself living there. Oh yeah the No Garage was Definitely a setback for me.

    As you first see this one from the outside it looks nice but it really didn’t show its full potential in Lanscaping.although it has some great outdoor dining options.
    And I also felt that it really didn’t have a true backyard. Loving the 3 car garage. Kitchen is beautiful and not too large. The bedrooms were small but cozy. I really like How none of this house was overdone with modern touches. I Just couldn’t figure out where I would spend most of my time hanging out, I wish that it had more views.

    The views are absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms didn’t do much for me but that deck is a place where I could see myself spending a lot of time. Overall I really liked this house.

    Location is great! I loved the kitchen layout and didn’t see much room for improvement/changing anything.
    The 2 fireplaces are grand and beautiful. The master bedroom is awesome especially where it’s located with the attached office going straight out to the yard. Backyard is amazing with the pool and how it’s so open.
    Very very nice home but I myself would probably get rid of a lot of the woodwork just because it looks outdated. But I could definitely call this one Home 🏡 😊.

    Cute first house, joe it had solar how does that work? nice & calming...for kids like exploring for them too...2nd house nice location, not my personal style.3rd house lots of potential & views stunning good property. Best of both worlds ocean & mountains.. loved the 4 th house great use of high end material throughout. Very roomy too, loved the amenities pool fireplace views greenery just lovely.

    The first home is okay at best but you are definitely buying the area. Actually all the houses were poor…prices in keeping with the area but disappointing.

      The value is elusive for many, they just can’t see it, but for those who see it, they are competing with each other to own it. South Coast Santa Barbara real estate is extremely finite in supply, and it’s truly unique with beautiful world class, natural attributes. What is that worth, a lot at the moment.

      It depends very subjective property to property and depending on the price chosen to be placed on it. The average over all is about 96% at this time.
