Very big and nice with some outrageous views. To me it just didn’t feel like a home, the only things that I really loved were the views and the back of the house covered in stonework. Other than that it just seemed like a ton of money thrown into a huge house without much creative design. But I’m sure that others will fall in love with it.

This house feels so welcoming from the driveway to the front door. The landscaping is amazing.
I don’t understand why these multi million dollar homes usually are painted White, I get the tile roofs but to me it would just seem so much warmer to have the house color in some kind of Terracotta ….. the Saltillo tile and the different colored Mexican tile in the stair gives it a nice flare. The vaulted ceiling’s and all the woodwork is great 👍. I’d be happy to just live in the small house there. I’m lovin this house.

Awesome location, Nice warm feeling throughout this one, whoever designed this house was very creative, i didn’t see anything that I didn’t like in this one, incredible views with great outdoor dining areas, and all the landscaping from the house to the beach was just magical 👍.

The guest house on the second property with the cool refrigerator was nicer than the house. It must be newer. It reminds me of the James Perse store at the Rosewood Miramar. I love these home video tours more than any other on RUclips. The driving and touring houses with a guest in the car is so much fun! Thank you for posting these.

Joe, really loved the first house, stunning, very modern, clean everything new, yet set of an old world charm to it love the infinity pool in the views were to die for. would it be considered part of the hedges cause I saw lotta hedges? Liked the beach house, not the noise, I loved that the house was up and off the beach. Thanks for the Tour again! ❤
That first one was in the Eucalyptus Hill neighborhood and the edge of Montecito, but not Montecito proper. Beach house was super cool! Thanks for watching.

Hey joe, This is off topic, I hope you understand I think you are a smart man, have researched your purchases etc., but I wanted to share with you, the tesla car you drive is hurting you, think microwaves, and you should sell it now, get a gas car, because you will find out things about tesla child trafficking, real dangers to your health too very soon. There is no climate crisis, we have plenty of gas, water, lands on earth. These things you will discover soon so if you don't sell it now, you wont be able too shortly. You are a Terrific soul don't wanna see you get hurt or stuck with a vehicle that you can't offload and I appreciate you so much and all of your information about housing and so forth please understand I am just trying to be helpful. There are going to be revelations given to the world very soon, all will be explained at appropriate timing, Gods time if you will, until then thanks again for the great videos on real estate in SB. I also hope that anybody who reads this text and is driving a Tesla car, please take heed.
