I like the first two. I always wondered how the houses on the foothills look like. I also liked the fourth one. Cozy and in town.

Judging by what I am seeing on this week's tour, there are areas that need some infrastructure work. I am living in a rural area of Hawaii, and most of our roads are private and unpaved, and your roads don't look any better than ours.

    • @joesbparker
      @joesbparker  3 месяца назад

Yeah, this particular video had it abundance of private roads that were in iffy shape. That’s definitely not the normal.

It's Barger Canyon, right? Agave and Avocados but sadly no badgers.

Joe hi like the first two HOA not my favorite, I prefer more privacy. Was wondering are the fruit trees still minatory spraying by gov?? Thank you love your short cut drives...

You know I’m not sure but I don’t think there’s any mandatory spraying free trees. Maybe if there was some kind of outbreak. Thanks for watching. Appreciate you.

🎉🎉🎉 Thank you Joe for an excellent tour today.
That 1st House was beautiful but really didn’t do much for me.
16:57 I’m about halfway through the second home and I was immediately attracted to it by the neighborhood and that round Stone entry. It just feels like home to me and 22 Acres??? WOW😮❗️I really love the stone outside around all the arches. Beautiful selection of tile and great tile layouts!
That ADU is perfect. I’d be happy to just live there😊. And all those avocado trees would be a great source of income 💵❗️what a beautiful BEAUTIFUL HOME 🏡. I’ll take this one 😂.
The 3rd house sure has a lot of “Bang for the Buck”!
Again another great house with nice terracing. But just not for me.
The next house, well you nailed it when you said something about a beautiful Spanish style house BUT What happened to the roof?
This one is difficult for me to describe because it’s kind of “Hit and Miss “ things about it. Although it’s in a great neighborhood I would have loved to see some actual land around it.
Thank you again Joe for a great tour 👏👏
Did you open any contracts this past week?
Sending you good vibes in selling some big properties in S. B.
    Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸

I’m right there with you on all these thoughts about the homes in this weeks tour. There were some magical things about that last house but like you mentioned there were submissions for me. I hope you have a wonderful Sunday.
