I’m pretty sure that I just fell in love with the second home on Ramona❤. It checks off so many of my “Wants”. From the Mature Trees and Landscapes to the beautiful ceilings. Love the tile work and colors, So many things to comment on… Everything about this Home 🏡 is simply amazing 🤩. I’m just short about 9,500,000 Bucks but you just never know 😊. Thank you Joe for taking me on this tour and ending it with my favorite Home 🏡 (Not just a House,But a Home 🏡). I also love how you explain all the details with the correct terms, That’s something you only learn from tons of experience 👏.
Absolutely love this Home out of all your videos you’ve done so far. I would love to go on one of your tours someday. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
I almost forgot to mention how gorgeous the courtyard is with that Huge fireplace and all the different pergolas ❤.

Are any of the guest houses rented out for a month at a time?

Hello Jerry, thank you for asking. Yes, there are many guest homes being rented out in Montecito. They are often rented out via networking but you may find posting advertised on the various sights for searching rentals.

Why don't you do a cheap affordable housing video of California ? Cheap affordable housing that is below 300k ?

Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. I do have some videos in Goleta and Santa Barbara featuring a wide range of property values. You could see those on my channel and on the playlist. Basically the Santa Barbara area starts at about $550,000. That’s typically a one bedroom condo. I most definitely will feature that inventory in my videos as well. Stay tuned for new ones they come out every Saturday.

☝️😁,, NOTICED the California trend,, everyone blocks off the view from the street, high walls, high hedges ect, no sidewalks, you can't really walk the neighborhoods roads with out dodging cars ... Isolation from your neighbors and people in general, .. I wonder 🤔 if any neighbor even meets anyone living near them?.. compare this to something like Charlotte North Carolina, open yards, no fences, hedges (in general) for the most part, nice sidewalk, streets are wide and walkable etc. Every neighbor can see each other. .. would be interesting to understand people's phycology in these living environments and what drives these trends. I do suspect the California trend comes from over crowding, insane traffic etc

Yeah, Montecito does not have great sidewalk infrastructure but the busiest corridors have them or they are being added. Check out the Bucket Brigade. They are an amazing organization that has helped so many after the mud flow and now they are building walking trails alongside roads. The upper and lower villages do foster a sense of community along with the beach, farmers markets, and country clubs. The community is strong and active if you want that. It’s also very private and people will leave you alone if that is what you’re looking for.

famous people want to block camera/papparazi/tourist views, successful business owners want the same just for a mental break...

also, the more money people have, the more solicitations they receive so they don't want people walking onto their property unsolicited to drop off flyers/business cards, etc.
