Art Deco, that’s the proper description, thank you for watching and commenting. Would love to forge for my own culinary creations out of my home kitchen. What a dream come true.
🎉🎉🎉 I’ll be commenting while watching today. 1st home is absolutely beautiful and on 2 acres is nice. Everything looks perfect but for me it looks like a very modern library. Tons of creative touches every where in this house. What beautiful landscaping. I would spend a lot of time out there. Thank you for the shout out at around minute 16:45 I absolutely love the style of these French Country style homes in Santa Barbara! Yeah I really didn’t care much for Tudor style but I feel good knowing that you read all my comments. 2cd Home OH MY GOSH 😮😊! The driveway and Lanscaping in front of the Home already has blown my mind 💥💥💥❗️The stonework inside the house is always a great touch. Even the laundry room made my jaw drop. Love how when you enter the front door you can see right through to some amazing views. I really like the home theatre, every home should have one. I can’t say enough about the backyard this is truly a Paradise. Also like how you don’t see garage doors as soon as you drive up. I’ll take this one Joe 😊. #3 House This looks like the perfect Home for entertaining with plenty of parking for all your guests. The backyard looks like a fantasy land for kids but also for the adults. The kitchen looks like it should have been bigger for the size of the house, but still very very 👍 nice. I wish that they would have let you filmed more of the inside but I do understand a lot about privacy. Big and I mean BIG price tag on this one. This house reminds me of so many weddings and parties that I was invited to bartend and help out with. Those were the days being young, Making great money and getting to see so many beautiful mansions in Santa Barbara. Thank you guys for a wonderful tour of some amazing homes in Santa Barbara. Hopefully you will get involved with some sales on these. Again Thanks for the shout outs in this video. Blessings from Paso Robles, California, Carlos BTW, Don’t forget that it only takes one wealthy person/Couple to fall in love with it and make an offer.
OK, a couple of notes here I like the bones of all the houses but I think I was missing the wow factor in terms of the interior decor and finishes. I would've expected much more modern details and en vogue styles when it comes to the interiors and I felt like they were a little bit dated and I would've expected more with the high price tag. I love the grounds the acreage the location And the craftsmanship, but I think a couple of them in particular needed some updates like Corian countertops and your charging 8 million for the home you could've at least updated some of the dated cabinetry and finishes . I might mention the last house did have a nice kitchen, but ..I'm from SF born and raised and was priced out had to move to Central California to purchase a home big enough 5000 ft.² with a pool for my family ... wish I could afford to live in some of these areas but anyhow that's just might take
I loved the first house. I love Art Deco and streamline Moderne Architecture. The orchard in the backyard was Chef's kiss.
