Great Content! - I grew up in Santa Barbara. Now a Broker in Florida with a RUclips channel that drives my business. I miss Santa Barbara ... considering a 1M+ Mesa condo purchase (2nd home) in the future.
Awesome thanks for watching and sharing. Would love to connect always good to have referral partners and let me know if I could help with your search for a Mesa property. We’re always come across off market opportunities.
Cloudtober! Love your videos, Joe. Only thing is your quick cinematography often triggers motion sickness. 😅 I love the third house. In fact, it’s located right behind a house we looked at a few years ago that is my dream property. It never sold. We couldn’t afford it at the time. They probably would want millions more for it now. Still, we’re hoping we can move there from L.A. next year depending on our investment income. We’ll reach out when possibility turns to reality. Again, we really look forward to your videos every Saturday. Super fun and inspiring. Especially when Bromi joins you in banter. 😊
Amazing thank you! Appreciate the tail on the trees. They were magical indeed. And, thank you so much for the compliments on the video so happy they are helping you out and I am really looking forward to talking to you about your goals. Feel free to reach out anytime. It’s never too early to start a conversation. 805-886-5735
🎉🎉🎉 Hi 👋🏼 Joe First home 🏡, looks like it was built to be a home versus an investment. Very comfortable and nice. Very generous Size lot Love the location and of course the views. #2 what a wonderful entry, love how the flagstone keeps flowing into the house. This house has a very rich feeling to it. Very tall ceilings are beautiful 🤩. You can see the awesome quality throughout this build. Very nice size kitchen and pantry. Absolutely love the koi pond and the open concept in the center of the house. I Just can’t say enough regarding the total landscaping job. I would either Love or hate to be the window cleaner here 😂. Just out of curiosity, What is the monthly HOA on this one? #3 I was so privileged to grow up in S.B. that I spent a majority of my H. S. Years in and around this crazy beautiful area. What a beautiful workable kitchen! And with a fireplace? Are you kidding me 😂? The massage room is a very nice touch. The landscaping takes me back to a beautiful old world feeling. I’m pretty sure that this is my favorite home of today. So many warm features… Thank you so very much for today’s tour of wonderful Homes in Santa Barbara. You did an amazing job of explaining everything to the smallest details. I hope that you’re keeping busy selling and buying homes for your lucky clients. Until next Saturday Have a great fun week. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸 BTW I’m not sure why but throughout this tour I just kept on thinking about biting into a fresh “Tinos” Sandwich 😂
Hey my friend! Thank you as always for the thoughtful response! So, that beautiful home in Birnamwood, amazing. The fee in there $155,000 for membership which is required. $1,900 roughly in dues. Business is really good with several escrows. Funny, I’ve been thinking about Trino’s Im due for a super deluxe. Great homes this week.
Summerland had great views, And if you love the ocean, I mean that's worth it right there. And people realize just how close Summerlin is to everything they may think twice about it maybe you know putting in a bid. With that type of land and there's all different things that you can plant and have space for him dogs chickens you know whatever you wanted to do. Fall usually is blue skies and beautiful weather but wow what's causing all the June gloom I wonder? whos the architect on that house that single story? Beautiful home, Joe! last house joe trees look like Florida foliage.last home just lovely, indoors classic, out doors well done layout! agree the cool nooks & crannies. Thank you Joe, ps yeah the political atmosphere is keeping me from moving there, especially after I found out about the gas prices also not not encouraging but encouraged by possible change and possibilities in the very near future so looking forward to moving back home.❤
I’m not sure who the architect was on the last one that middle course was very Burke. Thanks for watching some cool homes this week. Appreciate your comment.
Too bad about the water views. If I want cloud and poor weather, I can stay in Canada. I think Palm Springs might be a better choice. For the price, these houses are vastly overpriced. Thanks buddy
Yeah, we’ve had unusually cloudy weather this year. I’m sure there’s a bunch of people who want a refund. With that said it’s glorious out right now and you don’t have to worry about 115° summer days 🥵
@@joesbparker Hey, Joe: They actually make great gimbals just for iPhones. Once you do the initial setup - usually includes a companion app - it’s super easy to use. You just clip your phone in and go. I’d stick with a three axis over a two axis gimbal. There are a ton of them out there but I’d watch some buyer’s guides on RUclips to find one that best suits you for your needs. There are really nice ones and not all of them are super expensive. But there’s also plenty of cheap ones to avoid so it’s worth a quick bit of research. You can probably get a good one for your needs for about $150. You never know, you might actually like using one after you see how easy it is to use and how smooth it makes everything look. Cheers!
Beauty home
Thank you for watching.
I was going for the second house, but the third, yeah.
Those are both amazing. Thanks for watching. Appreciate your comment.
Reallly love your honesty

P.S. The tree you wondered about at the third home is a Kashmir Cypress. Trees like that with a weeping habit are so magical. I absolutely love them.

That last house felt like home. The 2nd one was more like a museum. IMHO opinion, of course.
Well, thank you very much for sharing your opinion. I always appreciate the engagement. Thanks for watching.

What about Bleaktober or Mocktober? By the way, I loved the last home!!
I like them both. We got some good suggestions in this thread. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
So sweet from Summerland to Montecito, but the prices, with a weak NOK, are ridiculous. LOL
Could be, thanks for watching!
“ Fogtober “
Good one, but can we do that if we call August Fogust?
You need some big money to live in those areas!
That’s for real. It’s like the Mercedes-Benz of towns.
@@joesbparker Back to playing the Lotto, lol!

Please please please invest in one of those iPhone video handheld camera stabilizer. It's making us dizzy watching your nice videos. Thank you
I hear ya and I’m working on slowing things down, but I don’t see myself getting away from the ease of just using my phone to make videos.

Nice one
I work in Medical Sales and the election etc is hitting us all, Joe. I tried to explain that but they still need us to hit goal.
Yeah, it’s got a lot of people frozen and making decisions. It seems like good luck out there.
