I have been off of meds for almost 10 years now. I took them for 14 years. It was a long process to get off of them. I feel glad I did it. There are some days, that I really really wish I had them. However, it’s so nice not to worry about side effects and the getting used to being on/off them. So I totally respect what your doing and wish you the best of luck on your journey to mental wellness. 🙌🏼

As I'm laying here trying to sleep Comments kept calling my name, I read them, glad I did I feel safe sharing this. I'm a 40 year old good ol' boy who recently became a widower. Since my sweet Heather's death I haven't been able to sleep for spit, how I miss her tender embrace at the end of a tough day, or even her head on my chest and my arms around her. I can't see how the hell I ever slept alone before my beloved wife, I just hope someday soon I can get a good night's sleep

To anyone struggling with mental health, Let's be real life sucks but the fact that you're still here today is amazing! As someone who is also struggling with anxiety/depression. I'm proud of us for pushing through it. Whatever you're going through think of it as a way to get stronger and never give up! Stay strong take a deep breath and keep on pushing forward. It will get better it just takes time. :)

I have these periods of depression effecting my attitude, and your presentation of music really helps restore the quality of my livelihood!
This music is the only thing that stops my raving paranoia about the world lol. Music is truly incredible, it’s my only safe space left.
My nine year old son has autism, has been having terrible anxiety. This along with weighted blanket, aroma therapy is amazing. Been a long, hard, scary few days. As he is non verbal, doesn’t understand his body or behavior.This is something to look forward to. He is fast asleep, safe.. peace & well wishes to all

I’m in Scotland and recovering from having my arm amputated. I have a brachial plexus injury following a road accident and have been in serious pain for 8 years. My arm was completely damaged and useless but very painful. After amputation I still have “phantom pain” but more consistent and easier to control than pre-op. I use mindfulness to accept and control the pain feelings. Your music is a great background to my meditation and attempt to sleep. Thank you for it.
Man, sorry to hear about your arm. That's a terrible thing to happen to anyone. I hope the pain will get reduced with time. Hope you will be able to leave it in the past, eventually. Either by technology, medication or meditation, whatever works for you. You deserve to be free of the pain.

My three year old daughter asks to listen to this every single night when I put her to bed. We lay together and listen to the beautiful music and the peaceful rain. She has never been able to stay awake long enough to hear the music after 5 minutes. It knocks her out every single time. Whenever she gets a boo boo or gets really upset about something she always asks to listen to it and falls peacefully asleep in my arms.
My 8 year old asd boy he listen to this lovely peace of music to help him full asleep he know when it bed time when this bit of music come on my phone
