The second property was really cool. I had a gap year as an arctic infantry comando, then finished highschool, the winning the Nobel Peace Prize as a peacekeeper in the south of Lebanon, then landed in Santa Barbara;))

😑 not a fan of homes with barriers.. front walls or hedges that hide the street or neighbors. It's like everyone is blocking out social contact. Noticed this seems to be the general theme in California, .. high walls all around, no sidewalks and little to no sidewalks. Contrast this with Charlotte North Carolina neighborhoods.. I wonder if it reflects the over crowding in California?
Only in a few neighborhoods here. You are describing the head neighborhood in Montecito perfectly to a T, so definitely stay away from that hood.
When you guy break down good and bad of house neighborhood etc etc....I just say it very informative and most realtors do not do that...
