Intermittent fasting or Rujuta mam diet????...guys plz give ur opinion freely...I am fond of both of this....I succeeded in both type of diets...but Rujuta mam's diet is full of beauty, lusture, shine and glass skin ❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yeah same even for me both worked fine, but when it comes to happy living and long run habits I choose rujuta ma'am diet. I feel good, happy without being worried about high and low calories food. And also deeply connected to my culture foods.
PS : I can see glow on my face becoz I'm eating without guilt😋.
IF has caused me lot of issues, maybe I have done it wrong but will never do IF again.
