I'm doing yoga and weight training ... I get up at 5... Exercise while my kids sleep... With RD's eating principles and exercising rules I'm full of energy ... No bloating, no constipation and turmeric milk before bed makes me sleep like a baby... So happy that I read her books and implemented those fundas in my life🥰

You are amazing , the way you broke down the facts n concepts to make it understandable n adoptable is just awesome . I’m 38 Bengali n I started working out daily for at least 40 min since I was 17 years old n adopted a balanced Indian diet like you always say n trust me I thank universe everyday for being the way I turned out. I feel extremely healthy , I can digest anything when I occasionally I eat more.. My body can ride staircases till 10-th floor at ease even now n I see absolutely no sign of aging which I am so thankful for.. it’s also helps me stay mentally strong .. but unfortunately when I try to ask my friends to exercise couple of times in a week they find it so tough to adopt .. I wish everyone understand the importance of it before it’s too late

can't find anything anywhere about it especially for vegetarians.
I Started myexercise routine 2.5 years back.
Now it has become a habit which I cannot break no matter what.
In these 2.5 years my strength, stretching, stability and stamina has improved a lot.
Looking for continuing it for rest of my life and building the same foundation for my 8 year daughter too.

I do 2 days of cardio
2 days strength started with body weight, resistance bands and now with dumbbells,one day is dedicated to barre/ yoga and two days active rest with walk.
I followed fitness blender videos, Sydney Cummings now following fit body by Julia...
Started at 76 kgs now at 62-63 for for the last 2.5 years.
I do not look at scales..
With time my energy levels, stamina, strength has improved a lot.

Actually during lockdown I started taking myself seriously n to be honest start hating looking myself in mirror(,my second pregnancy hit me really bad but due to lack of information didn't know the causes)it's like watching someone else... During lockdown I follow few youtubers but currently is palak notes.... I follow her.... And following rujuta ji since lose your weight don't lose your mind... U know...
U have just changed my mind completely ...my point of view about weightloss ... Am doing yoga only in the morning and do all my household chores..and do walk after dinner 15-30 mint on my rooftop.

Hello Rujuta ma'am! I want to know that weight that baba ramdev and his team reduces of his clients in yoggram, like (50 kgs in 2 or 3 months) doesn't that lead to decrease in lean body weight? I am also overweight and my father always asks me to do yoga 2 hours daily and says see the many examples of people who come to baba's yogagram and decrease weight so fast. Please do reply, ma'am. I am eager to know.Thanks!

Yes. I read it it's wonderful. Very informative. Changed my mind about diet and workouts. I used to do my workout empty stomach, but when I read this book, I never do my workout empty stomach.

Amazing video.. I do it every day 45 mins.. I walk as well.. Keeping myself motivated has been a tough task.. Backsliding is a very common thing.. Persistence is the key. Repeatation is the key..

Love your videos and the way you explain basics to people at large.
One small thing I would like to say, Cardiac muscle is not a smooth muscle. The amount of work it does, will not be possible for a smooth muscle to do. Smooth muscles are found in our internal organs like stomach, intestine ect. Smooth muscles are involuntary muscles, that means you don't have any control over those muscles.
But our skeletal muscles are striated and they are voluntary muscles, as we can move them according to our will.
And the Cardiac muscle is a Striated muscle but, it's not voluntary which makes it unique.
So, to sum it up...
We have 3 types of muscles in our body.
1) Striated muscle - voluntary
2) Smooth muscle - involuntary
3) Cardiac muscle - Striated involuntary.

I have a query, I recently started doing yoga, skipping, mat exercises, as I have given up on going to gym. Even though my food and beverage intake has reduced, by evening I have this urge of taking a nap. Is it right? I have never been this tired.

Ma'm I'm a moderately active working (working from home) woman with good stamina strength and flexibility and no major ailment, and hobbies like gardening, cooking and interior designs, with 60 x 6 excercise hours per day including walking, cardio & strength training, and wholesome diet under professional guidance. I've managed PCOS .. I'm always into homemade non-processed non-refined wholesome diet as I have a niche for nutrition and cooking, yet my weight doesn't come down below 91kgs.. whereas as per BMI it should be 57kgs.. 5.2"height.. i don't normally freak out as it dsnt bother me anyways. I go trecking often with no problem, but recently got diagnosed with slight pre-diabetes 5.8 hba1c & a little low hemoglobin 10.2 non-anemic

Thank u mam. Aapke tips follow karke maine 10kgs fat loose kiya he. Without any diet. But by eating ghar ka khana. Har roz ghar me bahut variety ke ghar ke banake khate he & we love ghar ka khana. I exercise regaularly 3hrs to 4hr in a week. Healthy & active hu. But me jab morning time if i want to jogging or any heavy exercises i don't get much energy. Only walking i can do 7000 steps around. 1hr or 2hr After having breakfast or lunch i get a lot of energy & can do 1hr of heavy workout or strength training & can stay active whole day after that also. But i observed this i don't get much energy for heavy exercises. Is it depends on the type of body or what is the reason behind it. Morning 6.30 i don't eat any fruit. I only used to have black raisin. My body type is cough body type. So i don't eat morning fruits. Could plz tell me is it normal behaviour or anything im doinv wrong
मी regular exercise करते त्यात yoga, aerobics floor, steps and zumba and running too, so everyday i do different for 1 hour, so totally i spend 6 hours in a wk, so is ot ok or जास्त होतय, i am 51

Hi mam, I am doing exercise at home for minimum of 30minutes per day and also I am eating soaked raisins before my periods. But 2 to 3 days before to my periods I am getting a lot of stomach pain and back pain due to which I am unable to continue my exercise routine. Their I get a 7 to 10 days of break to my exercise. Please help me how to overcome this issue so that I can continue with my exercise routine.
And also please make a video about the back pain after cesarean delivery and how to overcome that without any pills.

I am not diabetic. My b.p. Is in normal range. My other reports are also normal. I exercise regularly . But the prob is that I am not able to loose weight .
