Also yesterday I suddenly discovered that I can stand up from sitting in Sukhasana without any support!!!!!!! I was shocked with delight and happiness. And, I can easily squat on an Indian toilet and get up just like my little son!! All because of this project! Thank you so much Rujuta.

Hello Rujukta. I have been doing yoga empty stomach since last 15 years. Because of this habit I remain empty stomach for about 3 to 3.5 hrs. In your videos you have been advising to eat something within 20 minutes of waking up. Can we do yoga after eating some fruit.

Because i can't sit down, do forward bending & folding my knees. I feel that if I sit on the floor & do these actions, then my knees will get bend & deformed.
