    1. Incorporate different kind of exercises- for strength, stamina, stretch (mobility) and stability.
    2. Don’t loose the momentum, try not to go on break for days or weeks at a stretch, unless genuine reason (physical injuries, etc)
    3. Plan ahead. Be smart. You want to make fitness a sustainable part of your life, so plan it in a way that it isn’t a chore.

    Thnk you so much madam.. khup chaan samjavtat tumhi Ani khup faydesheer ahe mi 2 months pasun tumche tips follow kartey Ani mala weight loss experience jhala ahe. Almost 4-6 kg Kami jhalay. Post partum weight khup gain jhala hota almost 10 kgs ata 2.6 years ni at least half weight Kami jhalay Ani khup positive feelings ahet. Asech Amala guide karat Raha... Abhari ahe🙏

    Hi Rujuta, pls can you show us some exercises for those who remain standing for many hours in the day. Please. Also yesterday I suddenly discovered that I can stand up from sitting in Sukhasana without any support!!!!!!! I was shocked with delight and happiness. And, I can easily squat on an Indian toilet and get up just like my little son!! All because of this project! Thank you so much Rujuta.

    Good advice Madam...I am following what you say and reduced around 18 kgs in an year..But for all ladies I think it is difficult to reduce weight post pregnancy..which requires proper diet and exercise both...

    It is very important that you should consult a qualified physiotherapist before doing any high intensity exercise. sports injury is very common among people who perform exercise under unqualified professionals.

    Thanks for your tips on diet and exercise. I want to talk to you directly but I can't . I read your books 12week..., Eating in ..., Don't loose your mind....,and now I'm reading Don't loose out.... In last book Don't loose...you stressed on working out at Gym . But what about people like me ? I can't afford going to a gym monetary and there is no gym nearby ,and no conveyance to . Isn't there is any alternative for this which people like me can follow at home ? Please reply if you can ?

    Hello Rujukta. I have been doing yoga empty stomach since last 15 years. Because of this habit I remain empty stomach for about 3 to 3.5 hrs. In your videos you have been advising to eat something within 20 minutes of waking up. Can we do yoga after eating some fruit.

    Hi Madam.
    I am 62 year old & Osteoarthritic.
    I am following you regularly.
    But I am afraid of doing exercises involving knees & lower back. Because i can't sit down, do forward bending & folding my knees. I feel that if I sit on the floor & do these actions, then my knees will get bend & deformed.
    These are the hinderences for me for not following your lecture.
