@@bhavna12r in this 9 kg weightloss journey I decided to do any activity for 30-45 mins on a daily basis...there was no hard &fast rule ki yahi karna what ever I feel like doing I would do i.e. playing badminton with brother or cycling or simply walking with mom or dancing or practice some garba steps or do some excercise or yoga or jump rope or just cleaning my room But rightnow I'm focusing on my excercise routine for further weightloss and try to bring variation in excercise daily

So this happened to me, I had covid and from that day I decided that instead of 15 days I will stay quarantine 25 days 1st as my mom has asthma I was afraid to spread infection to her and 2nd to develop good habits. Initially I worked on my sleeping pattern and after 10 days I started suryanamskar moderately. Being in quarantine also stabled my eating routine as I cannot have anything by myself. And this gave me good results in a positive approach. I naturally leave coffee and tea though I was stong coffee addicted and now I am continuously practicing all the good stuff. And to prove I can say that I am travelling right ow and have a little heart cookie packet in my lap. I took it before this video and I couldn't eat which motivating me to continue the dinner before sunset. Thankyou mam, I watched very few videos of you but I learnt so much. And I always proud that how we Indian people have the best habits amd culture. Also I love you write //Shri// on your board before writing anything. Keep teaching us good values mam! The new people need this so much ❤️❤️

Madam u r great. Sashtang Namaskar. I missed u r thada sounds very much. Madam before 60 years, I don’t think so India was having cooking style, to stand and cook. Dadi, nani used to sit with Patla and in certain posture and making big quantity of food, but not having knee problem and hip ratios. Because ladies then avoid to cook food. Stand in train, stand in kitchen. 2nd point, u said sit cross leg and eat but according to yoga our enengy goes to bhumata. So patla and chatai and on which plate should be kept and eat. Prayers and another thing always some food quantity remains, so while serving fresh food, steal food should also be distributed to every family member by informing them.

And it is religiously followed when somebody is feeding somebody else. For example if my mother is eating something and I ask for a bite, I have to have two bites (not one) or four bites (not three) or five bites and so on ...
You know what all u thbe vdo I watch in 1.5 x speed. But yours I use in normal speed cause way U deliver the message I actually enjoy even listening... Content ja bonus over your content delivery...
very true about eating habits when I try to lose weight I start to eat less which most of time I wasn't satisfied so I end up eating fry or mostly sugary stuff which I feel fatigue low energy tired. it's so difficult how start how to maintain weight lose it, how to eat properly, mood swings how to cope.
