  • In the lead up to Japan’s entry into WWII, authority was given for the formation of a volunteer militia unit in Australia’s mandated territory of New Guinea. This video tells the story of the brave men of the Rabaul division of NGVR.

    Everyone in PNG during the war should be proud of there endeavours and courage. The Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels played a huge roll in the efforts to turn the tide. Lovely Country, Lovely people. Tenk yu tru Wantoks

      So many PNG natives took so many risks and made so many sacrifices during the war - they truly are fantastic people!
