Know what bro? I watch your shit after work with my beers cause you're a very talented sob,.... who, is sharing his talent and skill to others; in an entertaining fashion. Plus, you bring a very watchable, humble, personality. You have earned my respect. Won't mean much to you, but that is a rarity.
this is a great build, so good that I would love to try and make this myself. If you could I would love to get the plans for the chassis and all the dimensions for the chassis/frame. thanks
Wish I could have worked with you on the build. You may want to weld a plate in the A arms. A horn, brake light. mud flaps and rear view mirror are nice features. I ran my cables and wiring threw 1/8" and 1/4" pipe to protect them. Another ammo box on the other side would be nice for carrying a tow strap, phone and wallet. I enjoyed the videos and I have used Rustoleum paint for years. I paint my engine tins and shocks to. Great job, I look forward to more videos.
Spray paint is good.... if you take the time and prep the surface. That goes for metal, plastic and even body filler... prep is 90% of a good paint job
Hell yeah it looks amazing bro, Its like predator engines need to use the buggy to advertise there engine, Lol this buggy is one of your best to come out so far cant wait for the next video!!!!!
i've had no choice in the past but to rattlecan a paint job and i've used krylon and rustolium with excellent results with both (not a full paintjob but repainting hoods, axles, bumpers, etc) my favorite paint to use for bumpers is actually Krylon durakote (i think they have since changed the name) which is an enamel paint, it drys hard like a powder coat and i've actually driven through brush and not even scratched the paint, had a few rubs but no gouges or scratches, awesome work on this buggy man, your work has come a long way and your builds keep getting cooler, cant wait to see what comes next from this build and your big side by side build, keep on wrenchin' and stay dirty xD
The buggy looks great! You should consider painting the toolbox and the rims white. That might give it a little bit more color style. BTW, the 670 cc twin cylinder engine was a good idea. It looks beefier and more aggressive than the 420 cc single cylinder engine. GOOD CHOICE!!!
Idk I’ve been working with CNC machines for 8 years machining and never have I seen anyone machine there on transmissions and sprockets all kinds of things I mean I know he’s not the best there’s some good people out there. I love Ike and John from C&C but he’s on another level then them and definitely better then Red beards Garage lol Chris Ike and John are definitely my favorite two channels cause unlike Red beards garage they don’t build kinda dumb things there builds are awesome still my favorite is Chris’s yz 85 shifter cause I built one with my 07 kx 100 motor and I love most of John and Ike’s builds except the Rail I hate the seat is so far back. Sorry for the Paragraph man lol
I agree with the spray paint. The quality and technology in spray paints especially nozzles of today far exceeds the old days of crappy flaking uneven paint. I like the 2 pack mixed cans they are fantastic on small jobs. I use the gun alot also but only on big jobs, yours is mostly just tube chassis so a spray can is much easier an no cleaning. Only down side is more costly. Just my opinion on it lol.
Thanks for the tip on spay cans/paint. I was surprised you were painting on raw steel until you showed us what you were using. How may coats did you use (did I miss this in the vid?). The vid was very entertaining as usual. I wish I could put myself in hi speed and work like you appear to in the sped up video! :)
That looks very similar to the one I'm making right you just beat me to it I'd like to put a motorcycle engine on it though. But I might put the 670 back on it just to test the steering
So I have been thinking about building some sort of dune buggy for a while now and was wondering what type of steel (dimension wise) would work best for a 600cc buggy. Also where would be somewhere I could I get the steel cheap? Im kind of on a small budget so I am trying to save as much money as i can. Your answer would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Very nice. I have a Carter 2 seat Buggy roller chassis and I keep telling people it will make the perfect base for a Father Son Project. It has all the parts like yours did only minus the engine and drivetrain. I'm going to link your build so they can understand what I'm trying to tell them. ( I buy my parts for my buggies from Go Power Sports too!)
Nothing wrong with spray paint,it's off road, the paint is going to get chipped and scratched up anyway. At least with spray paint it's easy to touch it up later.
what is the actual reason you decide to use spray paint? You can save quite a bit of money in the long run using even a really cheap hvlp gun from harbor freight and still use rustolem and get thicker coats (although you don't seem to have that issue I guess) thanks!
Love this video great job thanks for the information on the paint will be checking that out. Just trying to figure out who the eight a-holes or that gave this video a thumbs down! Go watch Doug demuro!
I don't know who you have been talking to bro but spraying paint is the industry standard for almost every trade involving paint theses days. If it isn't working you didn't prep it right, you should invest in some small hvlp spray guns you will save enough money to pay for it after one job from not buying rattle cans
If I would do one thing different it would be paint the amo box black the green looks a little out of place on a all red and black buggy but it looks good Chris
An when are WE going to see you build that yz 80 into a trike? We all know your not a 2 wheel ride kind of guy and trikes are making a huge come back been waiting to say something since I started following, with your skill set that thing would be awesome! Check out bvcracing
I really enjoy seeing a new video notification come up for your channel, solid, solid work, keep it up.
The lil spray sound sound fire with that beat 👌🤣 3:51 - 4:17
Sounded like it was meant to be there
Mate she turned out lookin very professionaly finished .gota luv backyard builds wel done cheers
Are you a kids or a dad

Spray paint is fine, plus touch-ups are super easy!
When he rubbed it with the back of the can, he convinced me to use it on my buggy!
Wow! What a transformation! She looks awesome! Love your work and your videos. Bravo!!!
yo your production quality just leveled up 100, mafia boss
this is a great build, so good that I would love to try and make this myself.
If you could I would love to get the plans for the chassis and all the dimensions for the chassis/frame. thanks
I like the shape of that frame.
You should put black racing nets on the side of the go kart
Wish I could have worked with you on the build. You may want to weld a plate in the A arms. A horn, brake light. mud flaps and rear view mirror are nice features. I'm a big fan of the cinematography on this one. Good job.
Dude you never cease to amaze me ...you have so much talent ...great video ...thanks...you really put the work in...
Glad to see you put the rear tires on the correct way after you painted it.
The vf 1000 should be all black with the blue shocks
SuperJLD 2005 good thinking... maybe some blue trim or stripes or something to go along with it too🤔
I think it should be a dark metallic blue with black accents
Like maybe Chrysler blue
this is the best home scratch build iv seen so far keep it up
Great work can’t wait see what Honda will do
GORGEOUS! 1st class, Chris!
Nicely done, you sure have developed some awesome fabrication skills!
You should make a video showing us all of your projects (finished and unfinished) I think that would be a pretty cool video to see
Looks like a good quality build.
Just stuff is so much better than the other guys. Keep on doing what your doing.
you're right that is the best spray paint that i have found it seems to cover really easy also a good call nice job
Keep up the good work Chris
Crushing the utube game man! Keep building them carts! Thanks for the awesome content
Your video quality setting really improve enjoying a content thanks
Ya I’m gonna need like 2 of these 😍love the vids man 👍👍
Молодец!!!@!! Вот прям огонь что ты твориш!!!!!)))
Nice job, maybe we can get these buggy's together and shred!
Man the way you put those pieces on the table was awesome lol And black always looks sick as secondary Hek I use it a main all the time lol
Awesome video🤙 She’s looking good!
Nice job!
Very cool editing!!
Love this buggy man
Spray paint is good.... if you take the time and prep the surface. That goes for metal, plastic and even body filler... prep is 90% of a good paint job
He doesn't prep though.
thats true
It looks very nice.

And your welding and machining skills are insanely good!!! Like you should seriously be designing exaotic cars lol
I don’t think he’s quite that level lol
Idk I’ve been working with CNC machines for 8 years machining and never have I seen anyone machine there on transmissions and sprockets all kinds of things I mean I know he’s not the best there’s some good people out there. Nice, red colour is good choice. :)
Looks amazing !!!
7:25 love whatever that was 😂
Nicr
That is a pretty sick go kart. I gotta get a 670 and put one on my yerf dog.
You should always use self etching primer before painting the color so it doesn’t rust through just trying to be helpful keep up the great work
*pop..pop..pop..pop pop pop pop popopopopopop* *slams finally part on table 😂😂😂👍

Yellow always goes good with black.
Yellow goes better with black then red and black but once again red aint bad at least I think anyway.
Bravo brother,, very nice channel
inspiring.
i have a question tho : what material pipes you use for trusses in your vehicles?
what is the total weight and does it still fit in the bed of your truck?? Very nice build I binged watch this complete build very nice..
She's a mean mint machine
Thanks for the tip on spay cans/paint. I was surprised you were painting on raw steel until you showed us what you were using. How may coats did you use (did I miss this in the vid?). You should run the wires inside the frame tubing to clean it up. Other than that, looks great
Awesome music choice.
8:40 that’s what I like to see😂

bad azz brother.
Your Channel is great, I think It should be renamed to "One Man Builts" or something like that, great job M8! also, red looks really good.
Awesome! Did you ever finish the three speed with reverse gearbox? I saw the last video but nothing after that.
Very nice. I have a Carter 2 seat Buggy roller chassis and I keep telling people it will make the perfect base for a Father Son Project. It has all the parts like yours did only minus the engine and drivetrain. I'm going to link your build so they can understand what I'm trying to tell them. looks good
Have you ever try to do the wiring inside the frame? I think that would be pretty cool instead of having all the zip ties on the frame.
Like the red. Why no primer?
How are your lower A arms held in place?
Hla muy buenos trabajos q haces todo los modelos muy bueno tendras plano y medidas me gustaría hacer uno
That two speed seems to be holding up pretty good. How much time you have on it?
Nothing wrong with spray paint,it's off road, the paint is going to get chipped and scratched up anyway. At least with spray paint it's easy to touch it up later.

You should do powder coat chrome on the 1000cc dune red some pices
Good Job!!
Nice! 👍😁 Next one camouflage color?
If i only had a welder, plasma cutter, tubing bender... oh and knew how to weld... enjoy the videos
ผมชอบวิดีโอ คุณมาก Fc ประเทศไทย
Love this video great job thanks for the information on the paint will be checking that out. Just trying to figure out who the eight a-holes or that gave this video a thumbs down! Go watch Doug demuro!
Nice kart, thanks.
The vf1000 should be a dark metallic blue(chrystler blue for example) with black accents
The vf1000 should pop out from the rest of your builds
I would only add some cool and cheep rubber floor mats
You should build a garage for all of your go cart builds you've made
I don't know who you have been talking to bro but spraying paint is the industry standard for almost every trade involving paint theses days. If it isn't working you didn't prep it right, you should invest in some small hvlp spray guns you will save enough money to pay for it after one job from not buying rattle cans
I hope finish the dune buggy man it's about time
Black and yellow and clear coat it thats what I would have done but red aint bad.
You should get a sand blaster
Can you give me base frame drawing of this go kart if yes then plz give replay fast
Love the vids
If I would do one thing different it would be paint the amo box black the green looks a little out of place on a all red and black buggy but it looks good Chris
It would look better .
You have so many buggies. It would good to see them at the same time together. :)
O ya it red not green for once lol
uhhh question. does he use a flux welder or a mig welder?
Just buy a cheap Harbour Freight gravity feed Hvlp gun and a gallon of Rust-oleum. It will take half the time and be more uniform.
ABOUT TIME,,,,,,,RED
Nice!!
have you thought about trying to reduce some weight on your buggy builds? They're all awesome except for the excessive weight
Get a hold of Moto Mule on here because he got a gearbox with reverse, probably could point you in right direction to buy one.
All that you painted black is good but the rest of it should have been blue and you should do the rims white
You should take it offroading with the new engine
An when are WE going to see you build that yz 80 into a trike? We all know your not a 2 wheel ride kind of guy and trikes are making a huge come back been waiting to say something since I started following, with your skill set that thing would be awesome! Check out bvcracing
