The world needs more of these feel good stories. Wish that would have happened to the POS who stole both cats off my wife’s sequoia yesterday in broad daylight from the parking garage at her job. Now we are stuck trying to figure out how to pay for an expensive repair right after we made a big move out of our hometown and my wife’s bday is this weekend. Now we have to pay for something that was not broken at the worst possible time.
A week ago for us, but right in front of the house! They did the deed under 2 minutes. We are now stuck with the repair and there are no parts available in the market! We're told the parts can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months. There is a shortage for Toyotas, Hondas, and Ford pickups... there's none for these losers. It can happen anywhere according to law enforcement.

In California the catalytic converters have a higher percentage of the precious metals in them because of the California CARB requirements. It's also one of the reasons that California ranks the highest in stolen catalytic converters.
