Good Samaritan Tackles Thief Who Attacked Elderly Man

- A California restaurant owner chased down an accused thief after he allegedly attacked an elderly man. After Timothy Ratcliff saw a man punch and rob an elderly man, he ran after the assailant and tackled him. Ratcliff's girlfriend came to help him and the victim, Richard Schlesinger. She and another woman retrieved the stolen items that the thief dropped. When the thief tried to break free, she stood on his legs. Police arrived on the scene 10 minutes later.
Good for them for saving the day! No one should lay a finger on anyone, let alone a vulnerable elderly person.

It happens because it takes a week to get thru intake sometimes. You aren't in the system till this is done. I have seen it before. Some serious salary-docking is in order. The only way to get the attention of these drooling feebs.
