ANZAC Biscuits (Aussie Cookies) - Australian Healthy Snacks

  • Ingredients
    - 1kg (1000grams) Rolled Oats
    - 1 cup Flour (I used wholegrain flour)
    - ½ cup of Honey
    - 1 cup of desiccated Coconut
    - 3 blocks of Butter (each 125grams)
    - 1 cup Coconut Oil (if batter is dry or you can use more butter)
    Method
    1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
    2. Mix all ingredients into a bowl
    3. Once mixed and able to form and hold shape of a cookie it is ready (if not add more butter)
    4. Line two trays with baking paper
    5. Form the cookies into shape and place on the trays
    6. Cook for 15mins (or until golden)
    7. Turn off oven and leave the door slightly open until the oven cools down fully
    8. Serve
