Here in Croatia the prices of hardware are about 25%-50% more expensive depending on the part than in the US and the average wage is 700$ when converted. I worked 3 months just to save up for a legit pc lol
I wonder if traveling to the states and buying a bunch of used pc hardware and flipping it back home would be lucrative. I guess you'd have to have another reason to visit the states to make it worth while.
Idea for next scrapyards wars: Instead of doing cost for gas and doing time limits, you could set hourly wages for each team. That way you COULD use whatever amount of time you'd like, but each hour is on the clock. So time management would be really important, gas may not be, but driving time, research time, and building time would all need to be managed.

I have a question for the editors: What kind of audio processing did you use on this video? It's like a dispersion effect that I've heard on many different videos, VERY similar to the kiloHearts Disperser audio plugin, but I doubt so many different editors all use that plugin on videos. It's hard to believe it's an intentional, desired effect at all.
Hahaha, if this is done on other channels it's gotta be one of 2 things. Either a hardware thing maybe they use similar / same microphones. Or it could be the way in which the audio is compressed by RUclips they re-encode everything to Dolby Pro-Logic 2 so far as I'm aware. I could be wrong, I certainly don't know everything. Hope that helps.

I have a question for the editors: What kind of audio processing did you use on this video? It's like a dispersion effect that I've heard on many different videos, VERY similar to the kiloHearts Disperser audio plugin, but I doubt so many different editors all use that plugin on videos. It's hard to believe it's an intentional, desired effect at all.

Hahaha, if this is done on other channels it's gotta be one of 2 things. Either a hardware thing maybe they use similar / same microphones. Or it could be the way in which the audio is compressed by RUclips they re-encode everything to Dolby Pro-Logic 2 so far as I'm aware.
I could be wrong, I certainly don't know everything.
