Wish music like this would come back for the new generation to enjoy!
I mean my mom was in middle school when this song came out and here I am, loving this band
Someone needs to say how beautiful the Xylophone sounds. It makes this entire song
You were there weren't ya lover
Isn't that a marimba
It’s a marimba. A xylophone is metal.
My initial interest in this track in 1983 was because of the Xylophone, the rest of it grew on me later.
@@malibustacy3606 it’s a marimba, not a xylophone
This whole album is great. One of the greatest of all time. rest in peace popular music
Sounds as good today as it did in 1983! A great xylophone rock song, who knew!?
Definitely agree.
I do!
Only other song I can think of offhand with. Xylophone is Seven ways to love by Colaboy
Takes me back to Starbuck’s “Moonlight Feels Right”
Yes of course, I love this song
This song just oozes the early 80s. Fantastic. It never gets old. Don't ever change ....
So does the performance: Quantel effects :- check. Haughty young lady who has nothing to do with the group :- check. The only thing missing is an alien planet type set.
The best part of their music is that they sound English. They're not trying to lose their accent and sound American. As an American I appreciate their uniquely British sound
I could care less what their accent sounds like as long as the music is great which it is!
@@svscared a big part of their unique sound is their English identity. And there's nothing wrong with it.
@@johnthreatt1245 no they're Englishmen
Yup Roland and Curt are both from the city of Bath in Somerset, Ian the keyboardist is from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire and Manny the drummer was born in Calcutta in India although he has spent nearly all his life in England since a young age and considers himself very much English 🙂
Totally agree with you, the band sounds English all the time, never pretended to sound American and this fact still making the day. Yes.
I love this song. It reminds me of the REAL MTV back in the early 80s. Change and Pale Shelter are my favs Tears For Fear songs. They're the epitome of "cool".
Well said 👏
Pale Shelter and Change are also my two favorite Tears for Fears songs! I think those are two of their more underrated songs.
Totally agree!
Eu desde pequeno, aprendi a gostar dessa banda... Eu estou com 45 anos.
Еще добавлю песни «Mad World» и «Shout». Обожаю😍
So young to write such a great song
Roland Orzabal is a musical genius.
If there is someone who to my taste, marked what the eighties were, they are Tear for Fears ... My favorite group ever. Roland and Curt ..., fabulous !!!
I was in high school during the eighties and I remember many of friends because of their favorite bands. As it happens, one of my dearest high school buddies was a HUGE TFF fan. We grew apart, but whenever I listen to a TFF song, I smile and get filled with nostalgia for my buddy and our years together as teenagers.

To me they are the symbol of the 80's.
素晴らしい動画有り難うございます🍀私が14歳の頃です。本格的に聴きだしたのはそれから2年後。今年55歳の今迄彼等の楽曲を毎日聴いてます✨
Roland’s dance moves. I remember my teenage years, everyone in our parties use to play their music and copy Roland’s dance moves especially the hands.
The first album I ever bought from my school days (cassette) still have it! Great band and album.
Awesome song!!!!!!!
Totally one of the BEST bands ever!!! ❤️
My favorite TFF song by far.
Tears for Fears...Wonderful..the Best..really...Fantastic....
This is a great song to listen to when running.
Love this song...
When does the end of me become the start of you...
Me too.
Apparently, the lyrics are complete nonsense according to Curt and Roland.
When, or where?
Curt is so pretty and so shy here)
I love how Curt moves.....
Me too❤❤❤

Watching these vids makes me reminisce of the days I was buying all the music mags in the early 80's
aaah so cute!...baby Tears for Fears!
When I was a pre teen and teen I loved The Hurting, and used to have a massive crush on Roland. Now i'm more into the metal, and rock of the 80s, but I still live New Wave music. Now when I listen to Tears For Fears it's usually SFTBC.
I have the biggest crush on roland, currently. im so into tears for fears
“massive crush” 💀
Awesome song. We will never see another era like the 80s when we had so many genres of music. Rock new wave house freestyle etc. no judgments and no social media.
Que música linda 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Such a great band and song. Happy they're making music again. Is anyone else loving their last release The Tipping Point?

The sh$t. Still is. Never gets old. BRAVO !!!!!
Still a great song in 2022 !
Love Love Love the 80's!!! Love this video and song!
Once Roland got that mic, he never gave it back! Curt was still a big part of the vocals, but Roland’s voice is incomparable!
Most underrated 80s group but good.
They were never underrated. Songs from the Big Chair from the 80s album sold over 10 million copies.
Nahhhh they were never underrated, they were one of the biggest bands in the 80s
@@jamesbelljr7987 People just like to say underrated for some reason

I just want to go back to the 80’s 😃

Good use of the Xylophone which you don’t hear much of anymore. I like the Xylophone since I was a kid. It’s a lot of fun to play and I remember I had one years ago.😊
Forty years old!
