My mom used to always tell me that when I was little, I'm 41 now, that every time this song came on I would drop what I was doing and run into the room and just stand there listening. She died 3 weeks ago. Brings me good memories of her. 😊
Edit: Thank you all SO much for the beautiful comments and the likes. 🤍💙🤍

      Sell your soul:
Kissing the vaccine to prevent the Spiritualization of matter, the Resurrection of the flesh and the Ascension.
The principle is simple: to inject into the blood what prevents the dilation of cells and Love.
Things happened in Atlantis that are so close...
But everything will be all right. We are conscious and full of Love.
The Lighthouse of Humanity is activated. :-) :-) :-)

I remember that when Shout came out in 1984, I recorded the single and the maxi (extended) version on tape one directly after the other from the radio. One night, I sat on my bed wirh headphones on and listened to both versions again and again and again... a thousand times. I couldn't believe how anyone could make such a brilliant song. My disbelief and fascination continues to this day.

Shout, shout, let it all out
These are the things I can do without
Come on, I'm talking to you, come on
Shout, shout, let it all out
These are the things I can do without
Come on, I'm talking to you, come on
    In violent times
You shouldn't have to sell your soul
    In black and white
They really, really ought to know
Those one track minds that took you for a working boy
    Kiss them goodbye
You shouldn't have to jump for joy
You shouldn't have to jump for joy
Shout, shout, let it all out
These are the things I can do without
Come on, I'm talking to you, come on
    They gave you life
And in return you gave them Hell as cold as ice
I hope we live to tell the tale
I hope we live to tell the tale
Shout, shout, let it all out
These are the things I can do without
Come on, I'm talking to you, come on

These are the things I can do without
Come on, I'm talking to you, come on
And when you've taken down your guard
If I could change your mind

It seems incredible that time has passed, for us, for them, for everyone...and yet looking at them and listening to them here time has not passed, they are boys and we are the same dreamers of then, ready to sing and shout with all the breath we have because in these moments time has not only stopped but simply no longer exists. Here we are, we are there singing and dancing like then, we are the ones from then, happy to walk towards our future, unknown and radiant as only in our 20 can be. Shout, shout, let it all out...

I'm 67 and this is probably the best pop song performance I've seen in my life!! Beautiful to see their family singing together!!

Vanay - People do it all the time during peaceful times. At least in violent times, self preservation is normally the reason. Remember, just because you hear a lyric in a snappy, pop tune doesn't make it philosophy.

Because the 90s was not so great for music. The teens then listened to the same music l did in the early 80s! 😝

Meu amigo, hoje tenho meus 53 anos, e parece que vivo em outro planeta, hoje só porcarias de músicas e quem se diz ser cantar ou banda.... Aqui na minha região então só gostam de música sertaneja universitária.... Terrível!
