    Good illustration and practice recommendations. Simple exercise band wrapped round elbow and held in bow hand is effective too. Thank you.

    What if im 60 years old now, went out in the woods stump shooting today, shot 100drs of arrows today, no longer could get too my back tension and had too surrender today because i could no longer make a perfect shot, i got home determination too the commitment of making the shot couldn't pull it out of my mental discipline, i guess the old boy overtrained any thoughts on this madness

      Do dumbbell wrist curl
      Reverse wrist curl and ulnar deviations exercise also help
